Location was good, close to the train station, close to the beach. Self check-in, check-out was convenient. Pirate Cove restaurant was close and their breakfasts were excellent. The room had a sofa bed and a double bed was a plus.
The handrail that was noted in many prior reviews is still broken. Still dangerous!!

Quite end of the Main Street. Close to The Pirate and plenty of room for a family. Good, clear instructions on how to get in upon arrival.
Cleaning service for the property seemed inconsistent as we were left without some supplies after a few days.

Location is excellent, short walk to the heart of the town but far enough away to be nice and quiet.
Check in details were really clear and host was friendly and responsive when we needed to change where we were staying (details below).
Be clear what you’re booking - for 2 people there’s either a bedroom - with a double and single bed (which is dark and with no natural light) - and then there’s the apartment. Photos on booking,com show both and there’s no labelling of which is which (at least not on the mobile version) so we arrived thinking we’d booked the apartment with kitchenette and terrace (confirmation references ‘1 apartment’) but it was the room. Thankfully the apartment was free so we were able to swap.
The apartment is pretty basic ie. no kettle/ hairdryer/ tea towels, some lights don’t work, toilet seat isn’t screwed in properly but it’s much more comfortable than the room would’ve been for a 3 night stay.

it was unclean and unkempt. the cover put on the sofa was very dirty.
also, we had paid for 4 people and there was no provision for everyone to sleep. just one double bed and a single sofa.
it was a horrible stay, luckily we had to stay only one night.

Excellent location, clean, well kept, lovely patio. Pirate cafe next door has excellent coffee, pastries. Would definitely recommend this unit to anyone.

quiet and away from the busy Mainstreet area when trains and ferries came in.
the lights in the kitchen were not working the first night. then the lights in the separate bathroom/bedroom were out this morning along with wifi. we saw that the one breaker was red so we flipped it this AM and everything turned back on.

Clean, simple, functional flat. Close to station.
We were told that we were going to be charged for only one day when we cancelled one day booking from the original two days. We were charged 230 euros per night. Suddenly 50 euro were added to euro 180 and that was too expensive for the property.
I am sorry but I have a clear mail from you saying that I would be charged only for one night. If there is some misunderstanding please let me know because this seemed too expensive for the property. And 50 euro as cleaning charges was really ridiculous.

The location was excellent! close to the train but very quiet. The patio was awesome with a green hillside view. There are 2 bathrooms, which was a luxury. Easy access to the town and the harbor.
There was no microwave for the take away meals available downstairs.

Great location. Only 3 minutes walk up from the train station and is nice that it's outside of the main busy street of Vernazza. Nice and quiet at night yet close enough to walk back easily.
There is also a very good restaurant just downstairs that does good coffee and amazing pastries. We didn't get to try the food but it was quite busy always. On our last day, after getting se coffee, the restaurant owner even gave us a free bottle of wine.
Apartment is as shown in photos. There's three air-con which was a very welcome in the warmer weather. We had 6 people staying and was quite comfortable. Do note that the double bed in one room does not have a door but is tucked away from the living area.
Check in was through a lock box and instructions from host made it super easy to find and let ourselves in.
Overall, very happy with our stay and the price we paid for Vernazza. The balcony outside is a nice touch for sitting and relaxing.

Do note the apartment is up a small flight of stairs, so take note if you have large suitcases.

Fairly new so was fresh and clean. Bathroom with each bedroom was a bonus. Pirate restaurant close to apartment was excellent place for coffee & food.
Steps at street level were uneven & dangerous. Also they curved which made getting suitcases up more challenging. There was no coffee maker in the unit.
