The property is great, well-maintained and with a lot of charming details. The location is very peaceful, and although I was on business trip it looks perfect for a relaxed holiday. The room is clean with a comfortable bed and large bathroom with daily housekeeping. It is equipped with fans sufficient for hottest summer days. The WiFi signal in the room is weak but in the common room (a very cute library) it was fast and reliable. The owner is friendly, kind and polite, and speaks very good English. I enjoyed breakfast (sweet pastry, fried or boiled eggs, fruits) very much.

Breakfast was amazing! We would definitely recommend it! Our hostess took wonderful care of my whole family. She cooked us a traditional Italian breakfast with cappuccino, hot tea, sweet breads, macadamia nuts, yogurt, fresh fruit and more! There was also a very nice selection of cold water and drinks available to us during our stay which we greatly appreciated! The apartment was beautiful and comfortable! It was even better than I had expected staying in this authentic Italian villa. Two of my family members also stayed in single rooms which were lovely as well. We were very at home here in our lovely Italian accommodations.
