the apartment was nice, comfortable, well located, super clean and equipped

We weren’t very happy when water was coming from the apartments above ours into the terrace. Also the cockroaches… Although I’m not sure if it’s because it’s the ground floor.

Very close to the big Las Vistas beach. Spacious and clean apartment. All amenities present. Thank you Pilar for being so helpful!

Casablanca bar…

The apartment is in an excellent position, close to bars and restaurants and a few steps from the sea. Pilar, the owner, is really nice and helpful. The view from the terrace is wonderful.

In the bathroom there's no bidet.

Everything excellent, lovely & clean and everything you need with plenty of room. Beautiful views from the big balcony over La Vistas beach and the sea. Location was great as across the road from the beach and nice restaurants and also only a 10 min walk to the traditional restaurants of Los Christianos.

The only negative was a small club across the road kept us awake 2 of the nights (young locals out for the weekend) until 4am - the club closed much earlier but they hung around for hours after. Would 100% still stay here again as the positives definitely out way the one negative.

The location, so near the beach and restaurants etc. A prime location for walking everywhere.

There could be more storage given the apartment is plenty big enough for 2 people

The view from the large balcony is the main feature of this apartment and we could even watch the sunset each evening. The property itself has everything needed for a very comfortable stay and the washing machine means less clothes are needed. Pilar was very helpful beforehand and also when we arrived. The check-in process was quick and easy and we were able to leave our luggage after checking out. Pilar also arranged a taxi for us to collect us from the property and take us to the airport. We have had a wonderful holiday. There’s even a supermarket about 40m from the apartment entrance.

The number of steps to get back from the beach. We knew the property had an elevated location because of the views and we initially thought the exercise would do us good. The novelty soon wore off though and the climb back became a real chore at our age. We still had a great holiday but it’s something older people or those with mobility issues may need to be aware of.

Very nice apartment and Pilar was was a very helpful host.

Close to the beach & restaurant & shop. Very roomy and comfortable. Owber was very accommodating and helpful :)

If it’s too hot and you open the window you will hear noise from nearby bars.

Perfectly located

Only one challenge which might be very easy to fix - there are no shutters or heavy curtains in both bedrooms therefore full light is entering bedrooms at sunrise

The moment I left this place!

First of all the parking situation is VERY terrible. From the first day everything was not good, we found a cockroach in the living room and small ants in the kitchen running around. The host was INCREDIBLY rude, she came twice in the house with no the permission touching our stuff. She came back at one point for the third time to tell us that smoking was not allowed in the balcony, she was screaming at me telling me that she clearly stated but LIES, I took screenshots which clearly show there is nothing that says smoking is not allowed in the balcony. We had the worst holiday ever with a noisy woman which didn’t let us enjoy our stay. It felt like being stalked by her all the time. No air conditioning, bathroom is really small and it gets very smelly as no extraction is present. Absolute joke for the price value. This is supposed to be 20 euros a night for the area and the state of it (if lucky) in my opinion! If you read this message, don’t waste your time there. There are plenty of good accomodation, this is clearly not one of those!

Beautiful flat, excellent location. Pilar ,the hostess has been wonderful all the way through. I would highly recommend visiting her charming lovely shop as well ..

Perfect location

Location is perfect and the view from the terrace was amazing.Apartment was big and spotlessly clean.Beautiful beach is only two minutes away.Very easy self check in.
