the check in was at 3 o'clock and my room was ready at 7 o'clock ! I'm waiting outside from 5 o'clock till 7 o'clock to clean the room 😡😤

It was inexpensive.

No front door key given so kept getting locked out. The room was on the ground floor but the window wouldn't close properly so belongings etc weren't secure and it was cold. The light bulb failed after a time and so the room was in darkness. The toilet flush failed towards the end of the stay.

Location was good for working in Crewe

Rooms smelt very bad and bedding didn’t feel clean

Having 2 move 2 a different property , my doors entry system , lack of management support when i needed it , 2 many people 2 go through both with the booking and when i needed assistance

Everything, I travel the country and if your a contractor value for money is everything. I've stayed in some awfull places for more money and less and this has to be the best place I've stayed for value for money , clean and the property was as pictured fantastic.
