We stay in the property for a night ,it was very cold,this property is not suitable for human beings.Temperature on arrival was 11.5 degrees and temperature in the morning was 14.5..We caught cold and were ver. sick the next morning..Avoid it in winter

Good place to stay for couple nights. House the same as on pics. Host helped us with all what we need, highly recommened this place.

Access to the guesthouse was good. It is a self contained building in the garden of the owners house near their pool. The room is nicely decorated and feels very homely. Very quiet and relaxing location. There is a fridge and a coffee machine for use. Towels were provided. It is an easy location to find and close for traveling to Passau. The bed was very spacious. Use of EV charger if required.

The mattress was quite soft, but comfortable and we slept well. It didn’t concern us as we only stayed for one night in October, but when the family are in the garden privacy is limited because you overlook the main house/patio and swimming pool.

everything was amazing

Very comfortable pool house in a quiet neighborhood only a few kilometers from the old town. Nice heated, saltwater pool right outside the door!

No problems with the stay but Google Maps location was a little bit off. We used the satellite imagery and could see the pool no problem.
