Location and structure
Room too simple and bed could be definitely better, way to noise and cheap for such nice hotel

The room is silent and confortable.
The room needs some renovation. It seems that it was made some years ago and appear to not being changed.

The location was very good. Close to the city park, also easy to get to the biggest shopping in Ribeirao. The room was fair, the looks for the hotel are good.
The swimming pool was not clean and the water not heated, for an hotel like this they could have arranged a heated pool already. The bed size could be king as well. Also, the breakfast, could have more options, including some on request.

a localização é imbatível! café da manhã com bastante opções
a limpeza, tanto do quarto quanto dos espaços comuns estava sofrível; quando pedimos para uma repassada da equipe no 1º dia, voltamos com o quarto no mesmo estado; entendemos então que seria o padrão baixo do hotel
pelo preço que se paga na diária e pela bandeira do hotel, esperasse muito mais! mais cuidado, mais conforto e mais qualidade nos ingredientes do café da manhã
definitivamente não vale o preço! não voltaremos
