The location is so central that we didn’t get enough workout while walking ;-) Nothing to complain about

I liked the location. The apartment was clean as well.

Our room key wasn’t working. The actual property it was on was dodgy. But it took convincing for the staff to help.

This is not a real drawback but a simple osservation. The apartment has a slooping roof, therefore it is not easy to use the whole space for tall people

At first glance the apartment is not impressive. But once you are in the apartment for a few minutes, you realize what a gem of a place it is! It is in an older building which in itself is rather charming. Within a few minutes you can walk to the old part of the city. The apartment has a kitchen and living area along with a separate place for sleeping. The toilet is separate from the bathroom (in the room with the heater) which is a good idea. The a/c works very well. Water pressure and hot water are very available. The kitchen is fairly well equipped (cloth towels were made available). We had not planned on staying in Albi and did not bring sheets or towels. So one is charged for these but it is reasonable. The vacuum cleaner was new and easy to use (to clean when one was leaving). There was parking (several spaces in a courtyard and several in a covered garage). Though parking places are a first come first serve basis, it is easy to leave your car there while you explore Albi.

Minor things....the key did not fit the lock well so it was a bit of a struggle to get in and out of the apartment. Though there was a vacuum cleaner, it would have been nice to have a something to pick up the dust/dirt from the floor once you had swept it. It was not clear to us what recyling rules were in the town and it was also unclear where to bring garbarge. These are minor matters.....the place is a gem.

You cannot find any other better apartment of this quality for this price anywhere else. Free parking in the courtyard, and everything equipped. Other than all things, the price is far-fetched

They gave us the apartment one hour later because they were cleaning the room at 4 pm. They couldn’t explain us the reason and no apologies given to us either.
