Great apartment and a great host. Location is the best for this apartment because the ipanema beach is so close and amazing views from the rooftop. Would recommend.

Pedro, the owner of the apartment very kindly allowed us to stay after 12 on our last day in order to get our taxi at 5. The apartment was very quiet and we slept really well. Everyone working at the residence were extremely professional and friendly, even if we couldn't speak Portuguese. The location is ideal, lovely neighbourhood and very safe.

It was a little bit confusing with regards to towels and cleaning. I asked for the towels to be changed one day and it was no problem but I didn't know if I needed to ask or if they would be changed at some point. I thought perhaps the sheets might be changed once during our 9 days but I guess this was not included, I don't know.

The location is great! The swimming pool is perfect!

There was a construction site just besides the apartment! A very lousy one. It would start at 7:30 everyday even on Saturday!

The internet is very slow and it doesn’t work sometimes, someone wouldn’t be able to do a home office at this apartment.

awesome building, location, and apartment. Will be my first choice whenever I visit RJ again. Security and neighborhood is great. The view from the roof-top pool/terrace is breathtaking

Very friendly owner, answered all questions and fixed (minor) issues we had quickly and efficiently. Helpful and friendly staff, good location. Good cleaning, nice towels, good AC.

The apartment including bathroom and furniture could have been a bit fresher-but was comfortable enough.
