The appartment was very near and fully furnished

I was there for a business trip and everything was perfect, the hotel was nice and pleasant to stay, like fully furnish apartment.
I want to stay longer but there is a limited option

The location was very close to the center, and in nice area that many times we just stayed around there. The room was spacious and the host was so helpful and friendly.

Room full of natural light
amenities in the kitchen and drinking water provision could have been better.
Also, the room was in the need of pest control.

there was a leak in the bathroom and the kettle did not work the booking was for 3 people but there was just 1 double bed and a sofa which was not really suitable for sleeping on

Lovely pools. Good size apartment.
Apartment is very run down. The bath had a big crack which had been attempted to fill. The whole place needs repairs and refreshing. We paid for the night prior to our arrival and arranged to get into to the apartment at 7.30 in the morning, unfortunately we were let down and left waiting for an hour which was not ideal following our long journey and already having waited for 40 mins for our taxi at the airport.. also pre-arranged with the property.

It was a really nice stay at a lovely decorated apartment in the heart of Saigon. There was a washing machine which is much more convenient for a long stay. The view from the swimming pool is stunning. Will come back.

This place is amazing!!! We absolutely enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend to anyone visiting town.
Super convenient location as there are many restaurants, convenient stores and laundry mats right by the apartment. I also love the rooftop swimming pool with city views. Even though it locates slightly outside of district 1, the city views from swimming pool is still phenomenal. It's also very quiet and safe at night which is a big plus for a light sleeper like me!!
The unit is clean, fully furnished and had pretty much all I need during the stay.
The host is great at communicating and answering all my questions and concerns pretty well before I even arrived. When I left, I forgot a watch in the bathroom and they even shipped it back to me which I greatly appreciate them doing that.
Would definitely book this again whenever I visit Ho Chi Minh city.

A clean central nicely decor and fully furnished apartment, we stayed here for week and can have enough of everything, minimart, bank, taxi just at the first floor, swimming pool in the roof top is top notch, also, for our long stay, the washing machine is super nice to have, the staff is friendly and supportive, we generally recommended

Room has exspansive yet not particularly special view. Corner apartment so there is a cross window which is always nice. Refrigerator and washer worked fine.
Uncomfortable check-in/payment procedure. Limited amount of kitchenware (pots, pans, utensils). Lack of towels (only w provided) and cleaning materials. Windows didn't really fully open.

Nice place. Good location, with parking for cars. I liked the swimming pool on the rooftop. Ifrom big 2indows you can see panorama of the city. Recommend.
