The location was perfect. Beds super comfy

There was mold on the sheers, the fan was really dirty, the mattress protector was stained.

What a lovely place to stay! Firstly, the views are stunning to enjoy and wake up to! There's a balcony on the main level and an additional balcony on the bottom level outside the master suite as well! This two bedroom apartment is beautifully renovated, clean, comfortable. Two bathrooms have awesome quality fixtures and were clean as well. The main level had a comfortable lounge suite with a large tv - the tv had Netflix and other apps on it too! There was also a fully serviced kitchen. Overall, would recommend!

As with all waterfront properties in hamilton Island, the apartment is not cheap. But it is beautifully maintained with killer ocean view off all balconies. Good for families to stay, the bedrooms are very well fitted, beds are comfortable.

The only issue throughout our stay was by the 3rd day there were a lot of ants surrounding the bathroom sink

Everything! Clean bright comfortable Well equipped kitchen Buggy great for getting around the island Meet and greet service was excellent as were departing arrangements also. Fabulous evening view with amazing sunsets. We had one issue that was dealt with immediately by the management company.

Sofa bed in sitting room needs to be upgraded. If you advertise that it sleeps 6 adults, then there should be comfortable sleeping accomodation for all.

The staff were friendly and professional. Can’t thank them enough.

Property and location was great. Unfortunately due to lack of communication between the staff we almost missed our flight back. Very stressful situation. Had to make few last minute calls while waiting on our luggage and didn’t appreciate the way it was handled by the staff.

The view was amazing, definitely the better, quieter and far more beautiful side of the island. The sun sets right over the water directly in front of you. Just amazing!

Could've been a bit cleaner, but nothing bad enough to stop us from booking this place straight away next time we're back there :)

Very dated, furniture is disgusting. So many things in this apartment don’t work, definitely would not stay again.

Location is great and the property was nice and clean

Our buggy wasn’t charging properly even after a full night and half a days charge, which meant we had to push it a couple of times up the hill to get home, at one point we had to leave it at the marina and walk back to the apartment, which was a little bit of an inconvenience

panorama 15- unbeatable view from both levels. perfect position to watch the boats $$ coming into the island a guess the celebs exiting via the helipad. Sunset even better than one tree hill.

The turquoise bench top dates the unit and looks terrible in the pictures however the unit has been updated nicely and the view surpasses all others.

Beds were not good along with the pillows

The space of the apartment, location and inclusion of the buggy was good.

The main television did not work. We were also unable to locate an ironing board. The outdoor setting could have been cleaned better, as there was bird poo on the seats that appeared old.

The view was great. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The buggy was very handy.

The wifi kept dropping out and the BBQ ran out of gas the second time we used it.

Perfect location, peaceful but close to everything via the golf buggy that was included with the rental. One of the best spots on the island to view the sunset!

Pool was very cold and not much pool furniture to relax around the pool.

Internet (wifi) didn’t work for most of the stay. The showers had Lukewarm hot water. We had access to Only two mugs for coffee (yet it was a two bedroom apartment). Upon arrival we had a 45min wait for pick up and eventually had to call the valet to see where they were. There was also no introduction to charging the buggies (hence flat during stay).

Apartment was great! Very clean! Amazing views! It really suited our needs and had everything we needed for our week long stay.

Our buggy was very very slow and couldn't make it up hills with 4 people. But worked ok most of the time.

The location and view from the apartment is excellent. High ceilings are a plus.

Fundamental problem is the constitution of the place. The sound carries through the floor, possibly because there is little insulation. With kids running around next door, or people stomping around late at night, it makes for a very uncomfortable environment. Overall the place is dated. TV is so dated it doesn’t even have half of the channels. Bathtub is really unappealing and needs to be renovated. Dishwasher smells bad. One of the bathrooms was filthy on the floor next to the shower.
