Old but renovated building possessing it's own spirit, so to speak. Quiet surrounding. Nicely enovated apartment extremely well equipped with kitchen and washing appliances. Lots of kitchenware, ironing stuff and roomy wardrobe. Extra blankets and pillows. It provides everything needed for longer stays. Great location with tram station just 100m away.

It's 3rd floor and the elevator is just tiny. You will have to do several round trips, if you travel with many bags.

It was very quiet and on a very good price.

Actually everything was very good. Only thing I could have used a fan.

We really enjoyed stay at Alppila apartment. The location is very good - just 15 minutes walk from the Pasila train station, 30 minutes walk to the city centre. Tram stop is just few steps away. The location is also very convenient for exploring the olympic and park district (I wish we had more time). There is a 24 hour shop just opposite door, which was handy. The apartment is in classic old palace, clean, cosy and well equipped, provided with all the instruction. We did not miss anything. The blankets and bed linen were heaven. We were very satisfied.

the apartment is super clean and has everything you need - from kitchen utilities to extra duvets and pillows. the location is great as well - just a one minute walk away from the 3rd tram stop and it also has 3 great supermarkets all within 5 minute walks. The host is amazing and always there to help if needed would definitely recommend to anyone

The apartment is very clean, with comfortable beds, and a well-equipped kitchen in case you want to cook something very fast. It's very close to tram and bus stations and you have very good connections to the city center and airport. 24H shop just around the corner. The host was very helpful, he answered promptly all our messages. The neighborhood is quiet and close to the Linnanmaki amusement park . We so enjoyed our stay in Helsinki here, will definitely choose the same location next time around!

The apartment has beautiful interiors, with all appliances needed for a self catering stay. The wifi worked brilliantly and the apartment was clean and comfortable. It is also close to tram and bus routes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
