Der Queens Grant-Komplex befindet sich in günstiger Lage in Palmetto Dunes am Golfplatz Robert Trent Jones in Hilton Head Island. Kurzer Spaziergang zum Strand, Tennis und Golf und eine kurze Radtour nach Shelter Cove Marina. Diese Villa befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und auf einer Ebene. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad mit Wannen- / Duschkombination und TV. 2. Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad mit Wanne / Dusche-Kombination. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und verfügt über ein Fenster zum Essbereich und öffnet sich zum Wohnbereich. Der Esstisch mit Platz für sechs Personen öffnet sich zum Wohnbereich. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein Schlafsofa und ein Ledersofa, einen TV / DVD / VCR-Player und einen Schieberegler, der sich zu einer großen Terrasse mit Tisch und Sitzgelegenheiten für vier Personen und einer kleinen Terrassenbar öffnet. Haustiere sind nur in dieser Ferienwohnung von Oktober bis März gestattet. Ein Hund unter 40 kg ist erlaubt. Wenn Sie auswählen, dass Sie ein Haustier an der Kasse haben, wird nach der Buchung eine Gebühr für Haustiere fällig.

Our vacation began with planning, condo selection, and activities with Cindy Diblasi Vacation Planner. From the time we began with her it was just a matter of a few days until we had reserved our ground floor one story condo, a perfect situation for my wife and I and our dog. Cindy searched and found the one unit that matched our needs.The unit was clean and well stocked with kitchen and personal items. We really enjoyed the leather couch with electric recliners.We walked the beach with our dog, ate at our favorite restaurants, and just enjoyed two enjoyable weeks.We used the contactless check in which worked perfectly.It was simply a great experience and we’ve been part of Hilton Head for 25 years.Thanks again to Cindy.

Our Queens Grant condo was ideally located-just a short walk to the beach & General Store. We immensely enjoyed the driving range, where a light dinner was delivered with a smile to our tee. Bikes were waiting for us before we even arrived. The underground passage to the marina was a big plus too. Our condo was gorgeous, very spacious, and well-equipped, although there was a dripping bathroom faucet, and we could have used more silverware-someone must have taken spoons and a few forks home with them. We had so many fun things to do that we didn't get to play pickle ball-maybe next time.

Rented this place for a vacation stay. To our surprise, the unit was spacious and nice. Very clean. Even came with a washer and dryer. This came in handy because we did not have to come home with a ton of dirty clothes. Overall, I would rate my experience as excellent. Would come back.

The condo was very clean and large. The location was great and the fact that it was “pet friendly” at that time of the year was very nice. The condo could use some updating (I was told about this before renting the unit). I had a maintenance issue with the refrigerator, but the maintenance folks were there very promptly and fixed the issue. Overall a fantastic stay in a terrific location. Palmetto Dunes has to be the best area on HHI!
