A bit of a pain having to go to another location to collect the keys. Ideally they'd be in a lockbox on site.

The bathroom and shower were not clean. The drawers had hair and makeup in them. The shower had hair and dirt in the corners. The main toilet seat was broken.

The location was great - easy walking distance into town & the lake. The apartment was warm & had supplies of shower gel & shampoo. Showers were great , good pressure.

Plasticky furniture in places, 1x tea cloth & scrunched up tissue & debris under bed. Beds were not comfortable.

Fabulous location. Really modern units.

Really liked the place in general, (this was our second stay), however when we got into the apartment, not all plates and kitchenware were available. Also balcony had not been attended to, with small amount of rubbish and bottletops left by previous tenants. I wish that a sun umbrella on the balcony was available, as it got very hot and would have been nice to sit outside under the shade.

Excellent location. Well set up apartment with everything you need to cook dinner, clean clothes etc.

As we had a longer stay, it would have been good if the property manager could have dropped off fresh towels, face cloths etc half way through the stay. Perhaps look at changing booking system to show exactly what apartment you are booking as my elderly father struggled with the stairs so would have booked downstairs or a different place if we’d known it was upstairs.

Clean, modern and warm and the 2nd bathroom was a bonus. Location was great with an easy, short walk to the lake, shops, cafes etc.

Zero privacy! Only way to create any privacy was to shut the heavy curtains in the rooms which blocked out all the light. We were in one of the 2 bed ground floor apartments and the way the complex is designed means that every window either looks directly into the next door or opposite apartment kitchen, bedroom, living room or directly out to the street and driveway. The garages were too small to fit any decent size rental car. Clearly poor design as everyone else seemed to have the same issue. Finally, not very good sound proofing as we could hear everyone talking and walking around in the apartment above us which was so noisy at times.

Beautifully appointed apartment, very clean and tidy. Great location.
