rooms were clean and nice and staff was very friendly and was right off the freeway and not to far from my meeting point with my clients

I enjoyed the breakfast because it's complimentary and has a variety of options.

I didn't like that a house keeper entered my room without being asked upon check-in whether or not I would like house keeping during my stay. I felt like my privacy was invaded and concerned of potential theft based on previous reviews. Especially because I was not in the room when the house keeper serviced our room.

The property smells of mold as soon as you walk in the front door. Initially we were assigned a handicap room without prior notice. When we entered the room and checked out the room the shower was dirty. We returned to the front desk and asked the clerk to put us in a regular room. The hotel was clean but the sheets was very dingy and flimsy. I have pictures of the bathroom. I would like to send you the pictures. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling and there were brown stains all around the bathroom door frame. The next day before going out, we asked for our room to freshen up and clean towels, the front desk lady said they would take care of it.However, when we returned several hours later the room was in the same state we left it. We called downstairs the clerk said the room is only refreshed every two days and we needed to come downstairs for clean towels.

The suite was excellent with two televisions.

Angela was very dismissive over the phone. She made changes to my booking without my knowledge simply because I inquired about switching dates. Thankfully Jaime resolved the predicament Angela put us in.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast

I liked every thing about this hotel.

The staff was very helpful and nice.

It smelled like cigarettes. The rooms smelled horrible. There were stains on the sheets. The restrooms were not as clean. The elevators need maintenance.

Paid for two nights and only stayed one.did not get my money back. We had get back home ,for some problems.

The hotel was great!

The location has much to be desired, unfortunately you can't move the building.

Location was central. So that was great. Room was very nice and roomy. And bathroom was really great. Love the walk in shower. Air conditioning was perfectly cold.

We didn’t like the room location we were in. We requested 3rd and above. They gave us 2nd floor and outside of window was the roof facing our window. It was part of front of hotel. It stuck up and Blocked most of the view.

The facility was clean, the staff was friendly, and the room was large and comfortable.
