The hotel is outstanding. It is located right in the city center and everything you ever need is a few meters away. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We even got a room upgrade.
The only thing is that the price is a bit higher than the other mama shelter hotels around the world (example : Prague)
Also it would be nice to have a coffee machine in the room

The location of the hotel is excellent. Also, the reception staff is great – a special thanks to Lucas and George who were really nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
Housekeeping needs significant improvement. For several days, our cups weren't washed, and the body wash, shampoo, and toilet paper were not refilled. We complained to the reception, but our requests were ignored. Only after we asked for a third time did they finally come to replace the cups and bring soap and toilet paper. Furthermore, our room was only cleaned properly on our very last day. It's a shame we had to chase the staff and ask three times for basic room maintenance.
