The food and good service from staff

The property was great location and clean pool and beach. The food good but it’s difficult to get reservations for the restaurant.
The restaurants weren’t full at all and it was not able to do reservations with them and only option was the buffets.
More music activities outdoors for everyone because on a Saturday was nothing to enjoy outdoors with the family listening music or dancing with kids. Limit for families with kids at night.

The restaurants here are fantastic, and the staff is consistently there to offer assistance whenever needed. The bartenders are particularly friendly and welcoming.
I'm genuinely very disappointed with this resort, as it's certainly not an adults-only experience as advertised. The premise was that there wouldn't be children present, but the reality turned out to be quite different. The resort actually only features a restaurant and a small, three-foot-deep pool, and unfortunately, you'll hear children yelling even from the Oasis area because they often cross over to this side.
The bathrooms also need upgrading, even on the "Sens" side.

The food.
The water wasn’t really what they promote via their pictures and this isn’t about the seaweed. There is no nightlife for adults or quite much entertainment on the premises during the day. Lack of chairs around the pool.
