location is 20km from Colombo, great to rest and rejuvanate, large garden with many amazing tropical plants of various colors and shapes and flowers, spend most time outdoors when it wasn't raining. most beautiful. also no other bookings were taken so I enjoyed entire property which was very nice! this is one of the policies they have here. I will keep a photo of this place in my mind for a very long time!

rain, however I did enjoy the tropical rain from property, I hoped there was no rain so I could walk about more.

complimentary Sri Lankan breakfast was served after asking my preference, a little spicy but excellent! the bed was very comfortable and the gardens are very nice

very large property, nicer to have someone with you. I had the entire place to myself without any other guests as they only allow one booking per day regardless of even if one room is given to ensure privacy which is also very nice. would be nice for family time or family get together.

the property was absolutely lovely with a beautiful large garden with so many plants and flowers. the entire house was given to me though I booked only one room, and the hotel staff only appeared when required or to greet. Good sound setup and great sri lankan breakfast. spent an idyllic day and night walking around the gardens. I really enjoyed watching all types of beautiful birds while enjoying a great cup of tea, early morning. just what I needed before I leave Sri Lanka, fully refreshed and rejuvenated. wonderfully staff, Isuru and Rasika looked after me well.

some mosquitos in evening however, guest house staff kept a burner to keep them away.
