Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queen-Size-Schlafzimmer, perfekt für ein anderes Paar. Das 3. Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett sowie ein Tagesbett mit ausziehbarem Bett, das sich ideal für eine Familie eignet. Das 4. Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Etagenbett ausgestattet, das ein Doppelbett darüber und ein Doppelbett darunter für 4 Personen hat. Das Haus hat ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einer schönen Liegecouch und einem neuen 55 "Smart TV. Im Spielzimmer haben wir einen zusätzlichen 42 "Smart TV, Tischfußball, Pokertisch und eine Wet Bar. Kabel-TV und Highspeed-WLAN inklusive. Es gibt mehrere Restaurants / Bars in der Nähe. Unzählige Freizeitaktivitäten liegen ebenfalls in der Nähe. Hubschraubertouren, Fallschirmspringen, NASCAR Driving Experience, Lake Mead, Hover Dam und alles, was der weltberühmte Las Vegas Strip zu bieten hat.

Very accurate description. Everything we needed. The host was very responsive, always answered my question (sent via VRBO) immediately. The game room was very popular- in the same space as the kitchen and kitchen island-very convenient. We loved the poker table, even chips and cards were provided. The TV had dozens of vintage arcade games/ videogames. The teens loved the Foosball table. The dining room was excellent for the Rehearsal Dinner. Code entry to the house made it easy for people to come and go as they pleased. I had 6 people from Europe, they loved the heated pool. Eventhough it was the coldest week of the year for Vegas, for them it was amazing to swim in an outdoor pool in mid-January. The house sleeps 12 people comfortably, we had 10. All bedrooms upstairs, so the downstairs activity didn't disturb those who wanted to sleep. The large garage fits a large SUV, but we parked in the driveway. Plenty of parking area in the cul-de-sac also. Good location - 10min from the Airport and 15-20min from the Strip. There were no hickups, everything went smoothly. This is the perfect house for a family reunion. I highly recommend it.

The house was big and spectacular. Had all the amenities needed and more. Had a game room which the kids just love. The pool was big and heated and a specious beautiful back yard. House was super clean. The location was close to everything and only about 15 minutes drive to the strip. Ron was great and answer all our questions. Just a great stay and we all had a great time. In Vegas for the NFR. House is easy to get to from airport and close to the Thomas and Mack Arena. Roomy and comfortable home. The backyard with the pool and varied seating is fantastic. Felt safe in this neighbouhood. Would be a great home for large families or girls get away too! We loved it!

Wonderful stay at the property this past weekend (11/2 - 11/7). Fit all 10 adults comfortably. Property was clean and ready to go. We were able to have several large family dinners in the dining room and enjoyed swimming in the heated pool. House was 5 mins from a Walmart, 12 mins from the airport, and a quick 15 min uber to casinos and the strip. We will be staying here again!

This house was huge. We had more than enough room for our entire group. The bedrooms had plenty of room and lots of beds and sleeping spaces. Great house for multiple family vacation. The pool was awesome. The backyard was awesome, we REALLY loved the massive covered patio. Plenty of room for games outside like cornhole. Plenty of parking.
The house was walking distance to food and shopping and a 5-10 minute drive to the strip. If you are a pickleball player, there is a 20+ court pickleball center at Sunset Park, 10 minutes away.
Again, great house, great communication with the owner. Would recommend and we would stay here again.

We stayed for almost a week and this house was great! The pool was awesome we swam every day and the kids really enjoyed it! It was very clean as well and check-in was very simple. It was close to everything we wanted to see including the Vegas Strip, Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon West. Great family house with plenty of space if that is what you're looking for!

The. House was just like the listing said. The bedrooms were large and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was large enough to have four people cooking. The pool is well kept. Overall it was an excellent experience

I organized a trip to NHRA Four Wide event with my brother in-law, 2 of my sons and 2 of their friends. We also had time to visit the Hoover Dam, a few casinos and also got a feel of the Freemont experience. Couldn't have chosen a better place, well situated, clean and the weather was great during our stay.

If your thinking of renting this place..DO IT! We are in town for a softball tournament and rented this house, and it was perfect! We have stayed in a lot of rental homes due to traveling for sports and this one was by far the best! The house had plenty of room, very clean, well stocked…great layout. It felt like home. The only thing it needed was a pizza cutter lol. Besides that it was perfect! My son loved the pool. He was able to swim even though it was only 60° outside because the pool is heated! Would definitely stay here again!! 10/10

Although the style of the home was a perfect time capsule of the 1970s, the kitchen and baths were nicely updated to current style and function. The backyard and pool were lovely and the sunroom off the master was an unexpected and delightful surprise. I'd certainly rent again.

We had lots of activities planned so we didn't actually spend much time enjoying the place, but once we arrived we all wished we'd left more time to relax and enjoy the house! In town for a sporting event and booked a few extra days for other sightseeing. Nice quiet neighborhood to get away from the noise of the tourist areas. Everything was just as we expected from the listing.

Everything about this house was absolutely amazing! It was perfect for our family of 12 who came out for our Las Vegas Wedding! Amazing memories were made here! This house couldn’t have been more perfect it close to everything the kids all enjoyed the pool it was a great time thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

The house is very comfortable and the owner is very responsive. We particularly enjoyed the game room and the pool and I loved the tub in the master. Close enough to the strip to get there in 15 minutes but far enough away to relax.

This place is 5 stars! I used this place while staying for my bachelor party and it had EVERYTHING you need when you are looking for a place to stay. I recommend this place and will be back again when in Vegas!
