The apartment had all the amenities that one needs during a stay and it was very neat and clean.
The apartment is designed for a couple and a third person with a double bedded bedroom and a comfortable couch in the living room it is not ideal for 3 singles but the double bed is big enough so it's not a major issue.

The great place in the center of the city. Very comfortable and bright apartment with all amenities.
Very cold floors. It seems like the apartment has an underfloor heating system, but I haven't figured out how to turn it on. Maybe it just doesn't work.

Everything was perfect , thank you very much to our kind host Sakis and his gentleman father . From now on it will be our home every time we come to Alexandroupoli. The location is really central, you can reach everywhere in just 5 minutes walking distances.

It was possible to find a free parking spot in front of the apartment. The apartment was clean and tidy. It was spacious and sunlit. Kitchen was adequate for a couple of days stay. Location was great, walking distance to cafes, dining, shopping and beach. There was also a large balcony, that would be a big plus for warmer weather. We were a family of 4 and enjoyed our stay. I would recommend staying at this property.

The apartment is located at the center of Alexandroupoli where you can find amazing restaurants and cafes nearby. It was pretty spacious and comfortable for two. You can find free parking spots on the street. The complimentary Kavala kourabiedes were so delicious.

Easy to find. Near by everything-just by steps. Close location to Lighthouse . Quieter than expected. Very clean and tidy. Good Wi-fi connection.Instructions send by managaments are understandable applicable.
Sometimes you can have difficulties to find a parking spot for your vehicle.Because of the location.

We love everything about the house. Especially cleaning of the house was perfect. Location was also great, very near to best restaurants, cafes and other places, every important places are just a walk away. From Wi-Fi to netflix all opportunities work perfectly. This house gives the best what it offers. House owner Sakis is so kind and helpful. We are very delighted to stay here, strongly recommended. This house will be always in my first choice for the Alexandroupoli.

The location was fantastic, there was parking space on the street, the apartment was spacious, comfortable and cozy, the best bakery in town Artos and the best gyros in town Maintanos were close to the place, as well as one of the most memorable bars Kerouak!
There was a staircase in front of the elevator while we're with a baby stroller, as well as sleeping with an open window in the living room was a bit noisy due to the traffic.

The apartment is clean, bright and spacious with attention to detail. One can park on the road next to it. The location is excellent. It is five-minute walking distance from the main street. Crossing the main street and you enter a vibrant area of cafes, restaurants, and tavernas. Another few minutes and you reach the light house and the sea promenade. The host is really nice and helpful. He promptly answered all our questions.
