Das Gebäude wurde komplett renoviert und mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert, ohne dass Kosten gescheut werden. Alle neuen Geräte und Einrichtungsgegenstände während der gesamten Vermietung. Gehen Sie morgens die Treppe zum Kaffee- / Kunst- / Buchladen hinunter und servieren Sie köstliches Frühstück und Mittagessen. Das Gebäude befindet sich im Viertel Cannonborough / Elliotborough, in dem sich malerische Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants befinden. Die King Street, Charlestons Hauptstraße, ist nur vier Blocks entfernt. Viel Liebe zum Detail und Liebe zum Detail steckte in Design und Bau dieses Mietobjekts und trennte es von anderen sterilen Umbauten. Du wirst nicht gehen wollen!

This property had everything we needed in a very clean and spacious home. We loved the personal touches and how well it was stocked. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We were looking to have someplace that was close to King St and this apartment worked great for us. Place was clean and plenty of space for us. Lovely kitchen and living room. Would rent again when we come back to Charleston!

We are 6 sorority sisters celebrating our 60th birthday year. The apartment was beautiful and just right for the 6 of us. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were large and updated beautifully. Living area was perfect size for us to relax and visit. The location was next to a coffee shop and a nice walk to King Street and shopping as well as to the City Market. Instructions for access for easy to follow and the owners were quick to respond to any questions. Would highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a spacious, clean and comfortable apartment in the downtown Charleston area!

We had an AMAZING time staying here! The location was perfect, it was spacious and homey for the 6 of us girls that stayed there, and the hosts did a wonderful job communicating with us throughout our stay. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

We found the apartment clean and comfortable. Although we had a problem with ice maker and a couple other issues, Jessica was very quick to respond and get things handled the same day. We enjoyed our visit to Charleston very much….a beautiful city!

Jessica is a terrific host. Very responsive and accommodating when one of our party of 3 had a family situation that required us to change our dates after booking. The property is as pictured and perfect for 3 women for a long weekend exploring Charleston. Safe and easy to walk to many restaurants and shopping, a bit longer walk to the French quarter and historical areas.l Uber to Sullivan’s island for a day. Well supplied kitchen and comfortable gathering place. Beautifully updated bathrooms! Thank you-

Property was beautiful in excellent historic neighborhood. But, amenities lacking , e.g., welcome basket, working radio , working ice, make up mirror plush towels . Lots of very steep steps, so be aware of that.

We had a fantastic stay here! This property was absolutely wonderful. It was far enough away from King Street that we didn't have to deal with the late night noise but still easily walkable for downtown. It was nice to have a place with everything we needed (including the washer/dryer) that was comfortable for us to stay in. The property managers were great with communication and responsiveness; when I had questions during our stay they responded almost immediately. I would definitely recommend this property and stay here again when we come back to Charelston.

We loved everything about the apartment. There was lots of space & very comfortable beds. It was comforting to find plenty essentials for all 5 of us (lots of towels, blankets, paper towels, soap etc). The apartment is located on a quiet street above a great cafe/coffee shop. We just popped downstairs in the morning to grab coffee-so convenient! The communication with the owners was very efficient. Don't hesitate to book this property!

Place is nice. Temperature was difficult to get consistent in rooms but beds were comfy and as only 1/2-1 mile from downtown sites, it was good. Don’t count on coffee shop below—only open 3 of the 7 days we were there and open too late for us.

It was absolutely charming and is located above a cafe where the coffee was delicious and staff were wonderful! It was a very quick drive or mild walk to the main restaurants and shops which was extremely convenient! Garrett and Jessica were both very responsive to any outreach as well. It was absolutely charming and is located above a cafe where the coffee was delicious and staff were wonderful! The apartment is beautiful, clean and a good location. The bedrooms are upstairs, we visited in the summer and the AC kept the rooms cool. We had two cars but had no trouble finding parking for our additional car. The spot provided is easy to find and a very short walk. The coffee shop below is very cute and was quiet. Lots of cute restaurants in walking distance. The owners were amazing, above and beyond and helped with all our needs.
