Owners had the Villa in excellent shape, very spacious, fabulous view from both levels, back veranda well suited for up to 8 people. 2nd eve we hired well know island chef Tyrone Hughes for outdoor dinner for 8 & was PERFECT!! I would recommend him for those interested.
The management group gave top shelf concierge service & suggestions. This Villa is perfectly situated on the island. We will be back in 2 years.

This is a wonderful property and the service from booking to leaving was wonderful. We had all our questions answered and services set up prior to our arrival. We were able to have groceries delivered and waiting for us. The house manager met us at the property to make sure all our questions were answered and we had everything we needed.
Ruben who drove us throughout our stay was a true gem and full of great stories and recommendations! He met us at the airport and throughout our time on the island.
Sheila who was the in charge of the cleaning for the property was amazing. She and her sister came every other day and even did some ironing and laundry for the wedding we were attending.
The house was immaculate! Beds, linens and plenty of housewares for your every need. Bed and pillows were comfortable and you had access to the pool from the master bed downstairs. The outside table was in the shade and a great place to enjoy morning coffee and watch the world go by with the beautiful view.
The pool was refreshing and well maintained. The view looks exactly like it does in the pictures as does the house. The owners provide floats so you can truly relax.
Be aware that the house is secluded and is a 15-20 minutes ride to restaurants so you will either need a car or transportation. I loved it being off the beaten path so you can truly unplug and relax.
Thank you all for a great get away as we celebrated our friends wedding. We hope to return soon.

We spent a week here in May and could not have be more pleased with the house, the staff/communication and the overall rental experience. The villa is meticulously clean and well appointed. It's hard to choose a favorite outdoor seating area as they are all spectacular. It's very private but still only a short drive to anywhere on the island. We would definitely stay again and can recommend this property without hesitation. Why pay more to stay in a hotel when you can have your very own villa for a week. The owners have done all the work for you, all you have to do is show up and enjoy!

Villa Oceana is a wonderful villa overlooking Crocus Bay. Every detail leading up to our arrival was attended to and the villa is beautifully decorated and perfectly maintained. The housekeeping crew is meticulous. We can’t wait to return!

A perfect escape!

Great villa in central location
Villa is in great shape and immaculately clean. The managers and maid are extremely friendly and had good suggestions for what to do on the island. The managers (Barbera and Michelle) went the extra mile setting up covid testing, doing pre-arrival shopping, setting up babysitting, and helping with the arrival paperwork. The maid, Sheila, respected our space while keeping the villa spotless and supplying us with clean bath and beach towels.
Pictures do not do justice to the sea and beach views from the porches and pool area.
Coffee is Keurig coffee pods or drip. The kitchen is well supplied with Calphalon pans and high quality knives. Plenty of plates and glasses. Even a wine fridge. TVs are a little small, but that's not why you come to Anguilla. A better sound system for the pool area would be nice.

Amazing week in Paradise
The stay at Oceana in Katouche Bay was incredible, from the house, to the pool, to the view and especially the accommodations. The villa had a great layout for two couples and had everything you needed to use and enjoy the house. Katouche Bay is a great location and made it easy to get anywhere on the island. The communications from the property owner and the local property management representative was excellent months before and throughout the stay, especially during these ever changing COVID travel times. The house staff was extremely friendly and was always willing to help out.
I would highly recommend this property and these owners. We are already looking forward to returning. Thanks!!

Check-in/out process was smooth and easy (Once we got permission to enter from Anguillan authorities... that was something else!). Michelle was wonderful as was Shelia! We had some trouble getting permission to enter St. Maarten again on our return and Michelle worked some kind of magic to get permission approved so we could catch the boat charter back to SXM for our flight home. We had to quarantine for a day until test results from our COVID test on entry to the island was confirmed negative. Michelle was very helpful in arranging to do some grocery shopping for us in advance and provided some great recommendations for take out. We were free to go by morning, car rental agency (Triple K) delivered our car to the villa and we hit the beaches... a new one every day. Restaurants on the island were great, lovely people. Definitely one of our best stays, will be back!

Beautiful house, beautiful location. Perfection!
We have stayed at several different villas in Anguilla and Oceana tips them all! Beautiful, well decorated and clean home. Wonderful, peaceful location. Could have spent every hour of our vacation at the villa but of course we did have to explore the island. Enjoyed all the comfortable spaces to watch the sunrise, sunset or just stare at the ocean. Shelah and Rona were fantastic. So friendly and kept the villa spotless. We have found our new favorite spot in Anguilla and will be back!

Brilliant
We’ve rented several houses around the world and Oceania hit every critical mark - beautiful, clean and well kept, great staff, well stocked in kitchen, soft towels, great pool, stunning view. It was like walking into your own vacation home and not a trampled, dysfunctional pseudo hotel. We will come again and definitely stay at Oceania. Also, location was great if you want to see all parts of the island. Give or take, right in the middle - easy access to West End beaches and restaurants and easy to get up to Shoals in the East. Loved this place. Great visit to chill and relaxing Anguilla:)

Paradise in Anguilla
Our family of four (2 kids: 10 and 15) stayed at Oceana for our first trip in Anguilla. From the second we walked in we knew we were home. The house cannot be more perfect for a small family or two couples (or just you). So much space and every single detail is perfect. The view from any aspect of the back side of the house is more perfect than the last and sunsets are to die for. Our first night had the best sunset which the family enjoyed from the pool. The property manager (Michelle) and the housekeeper (Shelah) were amazing and did a great job recommendation dinner spots and helping with reservations. The owner was wonderful to deal with and did everything he could to make the trip perfect for us. I honestly cant say we had a single problem with the trip (other than the trip back home, but that is for another review). Anguilla is a perfect destination and we made every second of it count. I wish we had more time (6 days on island) to just spend at Oceana. The location of the house is perfect. In the middle of the entire island. Our family rented a jeep and used it daily to go to as many different beaches, bars, and restaurants as we could fit in. All were no more than 15 mins drive and that is a stretch. We have been to Turks a few times and now Anguilla. Both beautiful, but I will be returning to Anguilla and Oceana again soon. One last thing...the outdoor showers are amazing. I literally never used the inside one, even though that looked great too. Beds were amazingly comfy! Literally, not a bad thing to say. If wondering where to book....stop now..Book Oceana.

Perfection
There isn’t one single thing that we could say bad about Oceana. Everything down to the finest detail was perfect (yes, even the glow in the dark rocks). We have now found or new #1 spot in the Caribbean!!!

Great property!
We had the most beautiful stay at Oceana Villa. Gorgeous view from every corner. All the fixtures, furnitures, appliances and linens are of the finest quality. We appreciated the “heated” pool after a long day at the beach and the best part is we never have to share it with anyone else. When an issue came up, the property manager resolved it quickly. Shelah, the housekeeper keeps all your linens fresh and the house tidy 6 days a week.
The villa is centrally located so it is never more than a 20 minute drive to either side of the island. Crocus Bay is literally a 3-5 minute drive away, which is also where you can pick up a boat ride with Calvin to Little Bay.
All the small touches and extras (spices, cooler, sand toys) around the villa contributed to the most comfortable and memorable vacation for our family! In the words of my 4 year old, “I wish this was our house in real life.” Me too kiddo, me too.

Oceana is a great place to stay on Anguilla. Centrally located we didn't have more then a 15-minute Drive anywhere on the island. With beautiful views as well as an awesome pool area we were on island time the first day. The decor and design of the villa were fantastic. The Villa was well-equipped inside and out. We found the staff as well as everyone we encountered on the island to be super friendly. The restaurants for lunch and dinner are amazing. The beaches and water were as beautiful as anything we've seen. We would return to Oceana in a heartbeat!

Paradise from Above! Oceana Exceeded our Expectations!
This villa is absolutely beautiful with everything you could possibly need or want. The views are positively breathtaking! We love the fact that this house is centrally located on the island in a spectacular location, overlooking the ocean, and Crocus Bay. It was very important to my husband and me that we had privacy and tranquility. This gorgeous villa provides that in spades as well as the feeling of being completely safe. (Not that there's every a worry about that on Anguilla as it is one of the safest islands). Oceana Villa and the view of Crocus Bay, as well as St. Bart's and Nevis in the near distance, are more impressive than the pictures show online. The sunsets are absolutely spectacular! It is obvious that the owners have a put a great deal of thought and effort into ensuring the house has a light and airy feel, with an open floor plan and the beautiful colors they have chosen throughout. There are phenomenal views of the ocean from just about every room in the house. I don't want to rave too much about Oceana as this villa is surely to be booked frequently. The villa is appropriately named as you are surrounded by the ocean....heavenly!! My husband and I will absolutely be returning to Oceana next year for a much longer period of time. The owner is a true pleasure as are the phenomenal staff: Lisa, the villa Manager, Shelah and Rhona, the fabulous cleaning people, Judy, from the car rental agency, who had the car at the villa, upon our arrival, and Harold the taxi driver. Every detail is taken care of. There is nothing to think about except relaxing!!

Perfection
The villa is perfectly designed with commanding views of Crocus Bay Harbor and the Atlantic ocean. Everything you could ask for is at your disposal. The location is very private. The pool is heated so you can relax in comfort. Compared to some other villas the price is reasonable. Will definitely come back.

Exceptional villa!
This was our second trip to Villa Oceana and I have to say it was absolutely fantastic! The villa is just outstanding. Great layout, beautiful pool. The view from the villa is unbeatable, sunrises and sunsets. We enjoyed the comfort of the villa and all its amenities. The service from my initial contact with the owner to our maid, Sheila, were all excellent. The people on Anguilla were so welcoming we can't wait to return!

Oceana is fantastic. Beautiful villa, amazing views, heated pool, immaculate. Shoutout to housekeeper Shelah. Love the central location. This is a perfect place for 2 couples. 2 master bedrooms. there’s even permanent shade at the pool. Also sun if you want it.

Wonderful and amazing
We had a fabulous trip and are so happy we went. We booked the house in May before the storm but kept our original dates. From the time the trip was booked,, the owner was helpful, informative, and very easy to work with..
The house is a great rental. We love the layout of the house and it is decorated beautifully. We appreciate all the nice towels throughout the house; whereas some rentals have the thin cheap towels that leave much to be desired. Great care went into the light fixtures, switched lighting,the windows which allow for natural light and the amazing views. The closet is big and has the safe for your valuables. We also appreciate the orientation of the house on the hill in relation to the sunnrise and sunset. One reason we booked this house was because of the different areas available to sit outside and enjoy the views. All of the seating is very comfortable.
The issues which did come up with the house were addressed timely and resolved. Tranquil Villa Management does a great job and Geenelle was very helpful. Rick has a great team working for him. We also enjoyed Harold who is the taxi driver they use for the ferry trip to and from the house. All of our transfers were easy and convenient.
We drove around the island. The beaches are clean except for a couple small bays where there are shells, coral and net pieces and the structures are empty. It gives you appreciation for the clean up effort after the destructive storm. All of the major beaches areas are clean and have amazing views. You actually get the benefit of a more private beach by going now. We were never interested in staying at a hotel so the fact that many are closed did not affect us. Someone said about 10 are open now. We hope they come back soon so the people on the island have employment.
The week seemed to fly by. Anguilla is a beautiful island and we plan to visit again, probably staying more than a week....

Perfect in every way!!
If you are reading reviews of this home trying to decide if it's right for you....STOP RIGHT NOW AND BOOK IT!! It is absolutely exquisite. The view is obviously spectacular. Both master suites are equally beautiful, luxurious and spacious. My wife and I have been to Anguilla several times and although we love all the glorious beaches, during our recent stay at Oceana we didn't want to leave the patio. Every single thing about this place is top notch. The owner is incredible to work with and the property manager and housekeepers are superb.
I could write a novel about every detail I loved about this place but will spare you the ramblings. We eagerly look forward to having the opportunity to stay at Oceana again.....SOON!!

WOW! Just Fantastic
We stayed for our 27th anniversary in mid June 2017. We found the Villa to be everything as promised, a fantastic view, great layout, decorated with great care down to the detail. It was a real treat to stay in such a place and we are thankful the owners offer it up for others to enjoy. The location was great as well. Quiet at night and pretty much during the day as well. Just a few minutes drive to Sandy Ground as well as the Shoal Bay area where Gwen will make you a rum punch that is worth the trip! We grabbed pizzas one night and enjoyed dinner and sunset on the villa patio. It's definitely worth planning an evening to dine in and enjoy the magic of the Anguilla sunset. Booking was great, the housekeeping staff super friendly and helpful. Communication throughout the process was very good too. We look forward to a return visit and found Anguilla, the people of Anguilla, and the Oceana more than we could have asked for!

Perfect Villa
We recently had our second stay at Oceana and it was a perfect choice (again).
Location: The location is central so you have a very quick trip to Crocus Bay, Sandy Ground or the Valley and you also aren't too far from either end of the island. Lovely sweeping views of Crocus Bay
Home: The villa is impeccably decorated, with no detail left to chance. The artwork, decorations and even the lighting all highlight the beautiful home and view. The furniture is nice but comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, linens and pillows are plentiful. The coffee every morning on the comfortable chairs outside of the master bedroom with sweeping views was perfect. The cocktails on the sunset lounge were also ideal. The pool deck always has sun AND shade so you can choose either throughout the day and the furniture is comfortable. Again, pool towels are plentiful. The fact that the pool is heated makes a huge difference, it is always inviting.
People: The owner and management company were both very quick with responses to any questions that I had (and on my first trip I had a lot!). Sheila, who takes care of the Villa, is lovely. Always willing to answer questions and help out with any information we need.
We went with our two children (young teenagers) but it would also be perfect for couples. There are very few options for smaller villas that are also this beautiful, if you are looking for one, this is a perfect choice!

Relaxing experience
Stayed for a week in February. It was a very relaxing experience. The best part was the heated swimming pool that made our early morning (before sunrise) and late night ( after sunset) swimming a pleasurable experience. We also enjoyed star gazing from the beautiful veranda. Da Vida restaurant in Crocus bay is excellent for lobster. If you don't eat it all ask for a doggy bag and enjoy your breakfast omelette with lobster the next morning like we did. The kitchen is well stocked. The views are great ( but not from the pool, as it's a little bit too low to see the view of the bay when you are swimming ). Overall we were very pleased with Oceana and would recommend staying there.

We spend a very relaxing week at Oceana. First, the house is beautiful! The owners did a great job with its furnishings and decoration. Everything is top of the line. Second, it is located in a peaceful spot above Crocus Bay. We loved watching the yachts and sailboats come into Crocus Bay everyday. We spent most afternoons lounging by the wonderful heated pool. It was such a nice way to spend the afternoon. As others have said, they have the most comfortable outdoor furniture! The Master Bedrooms are perfect for two couples or a family. You don't have to fight over who gets the better room because they are both beautiful. Just make sure you are close with those you are traveling with as the bathrooms in the master bedrooms are very open!!! The landscaping of the property is coming along and as it grows it will be even more beautiful and lush. Finally, the housekeeper and staff at Tranquil Villa Management did an excellent job taking care of the house and us. Everything was just so easy! We think that the location of Oceana is a great spot for the first time traveler to Anguilla. You are in the middle of everything and nothing is more than 10 minutes away. Highly Recommended!!!

Oceana Villa was everything we expected and MORE!! We have been going to the islands (USVI and BVI) for over 35 years and this house was by far the BEST! Oceana Villa is peaceful and secluded, with spectacular views and a beautiful setting. The house is amazing... the owners did not miss a detail when building; they poured their hearts and soul into the house!! All the amenities are outstanding, from the Viking kitchen, to the spacious and comfy living room, to the most comfortable pool furniture ever, even the bedding was wonderful. We never wanted to leave the house, it was so fabulous!! The views from every room in the house were great, especially the 2 upper decks! Everything about our stay was perfect! The owner is very accommodating and they have a management staff that is available if you should need some help. My family is looking for sun all day by the pool and this pool has it!! There is a covered porch adjacent to the pool for those with fairer skin. The views are spectacular and the gentle roll of the surf is delightful. Staying at Oceana made this trip one of our most memorable. Oceana is truly paradise!! We are planning to return someday!

Oceana is a great escape for those looking for spectacular views and privacy, and the perfect spot for a romantic getaway. My wife and I stayed here for our 20th wedding anniversary. Oceana is brand new and far surpassed our expectations and we found it to be an exceptional value. The house is beautifully designed with panoramic ocean views from every room and has bright, roomy living space. The furnishings were comfortable and stylish and the accommodations were equipped with everything we could ever have needed. We loved waking up to the breathtaking ocean view each morning and also dining outside on the pool deck. The sunset views from the upstairs deck were truly amazing.
It was hard to leave the house each day, as we loved to spend time lounging on the deck, floating in the pool, and watching boats come in to Crocus harbor. Oceana’s central island location was convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and all of Anguilla’s gorgeous beaches. We especially enjoyed kayaking from Crocus beach and snorkeling at Little Bay.
The staff, especially Lisa and Virginia, was very helpful. They gave us detailed information on things to do on Anguilla and we had a wonderful time exploring the whole island. Everything about Oceana is special, and the breathtaking view tops it all! We can’t wait to come back for or next anniversary.
