I highly recommend. The host is extremely kind and the location is perfect.

We loved the place. It's very beautiful and comfortable. It had everything what we needed and it was the same like at the pictures. The hosts were great, very friendly 🙂 I would definitely recommend to everyone 🙂

It is a 20 min walk from the beach, and with the kids it can be a problem, specially on the way back. But using car it is much better solution.

Really great appartment and very helpfull and nice hosts. The location is right in the center, next to all taverns and stores. The appartment is great, very clean and having all the facilities you need. The terrace is beautifull. The hosts are more than great!

Amazing view (even from the bed). It was very clean. There was everything you need. The hosts were amazing! There were a lot of places to eat nearby and a deli shop on the ground floor.

A few extra steps to climb on your way home. It could be a little noisy if you want to get to bed early (with the window open), but it gets calm around 10 pm. Don’t forget your mosquito repellent when you how for a walk (that’s not related to the property at all, but decided to mention it)

the property is amazing, really beautiful furnished, with amazing view and it is in the best place in Neos Marmaras- the heart of the centre. We have been there for 5 days, at the third day we had a cleaning day, like in the hotels. The host was also very kind and he gave us really good tips where to go. I will choose it again if I go there on vacation.

Everything was perfect, really nice host and beautiful room! They were really helpful and the city Neos Marmaras is nice but a little crowded. Can only recommend to stay at Eladia Suites, you will love it!

Charming and comfortable suit, perfectly equipped and clean. It’s situated in the heart of the town, near bars, restaurants and shops. The internet is fast and you have Netflix. We appreciated a lot the large balcony. Nikolas is the perfect host, friendly and helpful. We recommend also the café-shop in the ground floor that Nikolas and Anastasia rules. Perfect for breakfast and lunch, with great selection of Greek beer.

We had a great time. The team was always very helpful and friendly. We got great recommendations for the area and we will for sure come back

Everything was working perfectly, and there was nothing missing. I had Everything i except from a good place.

A perfect 10/10. Everything was sparkly clean and completely disinfected as per Covid prevention rules. Fastest internet I've had in Greece (also, room comes with a nice smart tv with Youtube, Netflix etc). Really good coffee in the room (Nespresso machine with starbucks capsules). Fully equipped room with everything you could possibly need when not at home. Bed was comfortable and loaded with pillows. Good noise cancelling from the windows and door. Nikos and Anna are very friendly and you can ask them everything you need. Will definitely come back!

The apartment is amazing. The view is stunning and the morning bells from the church and the sunrise were just fabulous. Such a wonderful stay. The owner was so kind and helpful. we explored the coast and saw beautiful beaches and sunsets and ate in some wonderful places, many recommended by Nikolas. We have had just The Beat week and having been to many areas, we think we chose the best location ! Would love to return. Loved it all!!

Fabulous suite in a brilliant location on the port in Neas Marmaris. Its a new apartment, beautifully decorated and works very well for two people.It has a large balcony with an uninterrupted view of the sea and all the activity in front of you. We headed off every day by car and it was a great base to work from

If you want to stay in and do a lot of cooking might not be perfect. Lots of choice of great value restaurants all around you.

Our stay was wonderful. Nicely decorated, comfortable, bright, clean. It has everything you need. The owners took care of every detail. Carefully selected colors, materials ... When you come to this apartment you know that there are people who make this world more beautiful and better. We enjoyed.
