Ideal location, well suited for my needs.

-Location is good, close to the city center and Waterfront even by 10-15 min walking. -The room is being cleaned every day. -Having an open, small patio area in front of the hotel is a nice option. There is always security but when you leave the patio especially after the sky is dark, it might be dangerous and full of beggars. -Breakfast is decent, 7/24 usable coffee machines on each floor is a good idea. They also offer water at the reception and the water is purified in the room so you can always drink it.

-Rooms are functional but way too small, especially if you stay more than 2-3 days. There is no dedicated wardrobe, no enclosed area for bathroom. It is different modules for each, the sink is in the room and it is weird if you want privacy as you hear all the sounds. -There is no minibar/fridge in the rooms and they don’t sell anything after 22:30. since the options in the late evening are very limited in Cape Town due to the insecurity, it is pity not to have any decent options offered by the hotel. -There is no kettle in the room. so you have to go outside to take hot water from the coffee machines in the floor to make yourself a tea. -Coffee machines are not enough for a good quality coffee. -Bed is really uncomfortable and the air conditioning doesn’t function the best.

The hotel is very nice in the centre of the city not far from the Waterfront. I liked the terace where you could have a meal or drink.

The elevator, as it always took a long time to wait for it. The staff members were using it a lot

The storage facility which is available for guests the whole day at no extra cost. The amazing front desk staff, especially Holly and the the Bartender, Ivan, I think . Actually, the staff in general was great. The room was smaller than expected but was neat and tidy and spacious enough for a single person. The location is central and for those wanting to explore the city, you can even do it on foot! Prime location!!

They have an hourly rate (300) instead of a standard fixed rate should you request to check out a bit later.

All the staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is well located just a short walk from the V&A Waterfront and two of the Hop on Hop off bus stops. A great breakfast and a very comfortable room.

It's centrally located that helps to move freely around town as well site seeing which is always a plus.

I made this booking for my sister and this information was provided according to her experience in the hotel. According to her "The room is smaller than what is shown on picture, the doors made a quite a bit of noise when closing and opening as the person in next room kept banging the door when coming in and out. Also one of cleaning people stole money from my hotel room and this situation was reported to the hotel and the police, I have returned home and the situation has still not been resolved. According to the hotel they still analysing the situation."

The room was very neat, with the shower saperated from the toilet, each in its cubicle. There is a complementary coffee machine on each floor. You can do room service until 10pm, the staff is friendly and willing to help. Centrally located, it is easy to access public transportation and very close to V&A, convension cetre, and CT station. The breakfast was very nice. There is an outside gym free to use should one wish to stretch their body just in front of the hotel, I think it belongs to municipality.

I loved the coffee station and the restaurant. We had a lovely bedroom very comfortable and a great view. I would definitely visit again. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is central so it's easy to get to places

The charging posts in the rooms were very slow. Charging my phone was a problem as it took ages to charge fully. There wasn't much programs available to watch on the smart television.
