This property was walkable to Disneyland. However, you do have to walk on extremely busy roads and cross a few busy intersections. But overall it wasn’t a bad walk and we did it with strollers/kids. There was a few areas of the house that I thought could be much cleaner and be better taken care of. There was a sewage smell in one of the bathrooms near all of the bedrooms and the showers weren’t very clean. The turf around the pool got extremely soggy and muddy when we used the pool. It wasn’t the best experience. Luckily we were there to go to Disneyland so we only used the pool one day. The neighborhood was quit and we felt safe walking to and from the park when it was dark.
Overall, the listing was accurate, but there is some room for improvement on cleanliness.

The hosts definitely make sure you are aware of the city quiet time ordinance. Place was clean and beautiful. Well equipped. We'll stay again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay with all 10 of us. The house was very nice and we all loved spending time in the pool. However, on the 2 bedroom tvs the Rokus didn't work, which was disappointing for those who like to sleep with a TV. Also nothing worked in the game room, so if you're wanting to utilize that area, maybe inquire about it before booking.
Overall, our stay was amazing and those few things didn't dampen our trip. We'd definitely stay again.

Nice 4 bedroom house, with 3 full bathrooms. The barbecue worked great. Fireworks every night, was awesome. It was a great neighborhood and it worked well for our family.

Location of the property is good, it's a 27min walk to the park gates. Our party felt safe walking to and from the parks and the neighborhood is well lit and seemed very safe.
The majority of the house was clean but clearly abused and needs work. Two of the mattresses are very well used and seem to have broken springs in them while the remainder were more uncomfortable than a cheap air mattress.
The floors are poorly installed and to the point of buckling, were very loud. If you have anyone who is up in the middle of the night, the whole house will hear them.
We were disappointed to find the dishwasher broken, missing the wheels that support the bottom rack which means the water spray arm isn't allowed to rotate and actually clean any dishes. We cleaned all dishes we were going to use before and after use. Making it worse, the faucet sprayer was malfunctioning and stuck in the on position making this chore more tedious.
Lastly, like others have mentioned, the property management is overbearing on reminders about noise etc yet the neighbor felt it appropriate to wash his cars with a gas powered pressure washer at 6:20AM on Sunday morning. The whole house was awake but unable to use the pool until 9AM or face a loss of our "rules deposit".
Rethink using VRBO if these inconveniences would lessen the magic of your stay, you wouldn't have to put up with them in a hotel. Our group would not stay here again and has us considering other choices for future vacations.

We had kids ranging from 2-9 in our group as well as 3 couples. Having 3 full bathrooms was nice, as well as having one of the bedrooms on the other side of the house.
Strollers to use were much appreciated. Our kids loved the pool!

We arrived at LAX early and asked if we could be let in early. The Manager accommodated our request The home is walkable to Disney however, by the time you get to Disneyland or California Adventure and spend the day walking and standing there, it would be a little much for younger children. On one day we walked 13 miles to, from and throughout park.
The house was clean and with 5 bedrooms - 3 baths our group of 3 children and 5 adults fit in well.
Two points that were concerning;
1. Shortly after arrival we noticed a hole in the wall of the 3rd bathroom. I immediately called the number provided and were told the hole was not there when she was at the home and she just left. We felt a little uncomfortable being accused (?) of damaging the home.
2. There were numerous things that were well used and damaged. The coffee cups, plates, bowls, etc. had several chips and had very visible scrapes on most of them. The frying pans should be replaced, they were bent, had mismatched lids, and the finish was poor. The walls had several holes in them some big and most small but something you just do not expect from a rental property. The dishwasher was not fastened in properly and every time you opened it, it would slide in or out an inch or two. There were no sink stops. Door stops were broken or missing and this led to door knob dents in the walls. The drapes were frayed and well used. The screen door on the kitchen sliding door was hard to open and close and the screen had come away from the door frame. The shower in the 3rd bedroom did not drain well and the drain would start to float around the shower once the water level was high enough. One of the knobs on the stove, had been replaced with a cheap plastic non-graduated one.
The back yard and pool were perfect.
With all the documents we had to sign and initial, with the cost, added fees we just expected more from a VRBO property.

Nice place, smooth process. We had hopes of walking to Disneyland, and for a group of adults it would have been possible, but definitely too far for younger kids. The house has some minor cosmetic issues and the floors creak quite loudly with just normal walking but otherwise the two bathrooms with double sinks were super useful and from the outside it is one of the nicest houses on the street.

The house is an older house that has been renovated. It is nicely renovated and decorated. The backyard is fantastic and the pool is very well maintained. The location to Disney is excellent. There are lots of rooms.
The kitchen is the one space that needs some updates - better selection of bowls and pans to do your own cooking with and the dishwasher seems to be getting to its end.

Very close to Disneyland! Clean and well laid out house. The host did an excellent job of communicating and replaced a broken coffee pot immediately! I definitely recommend this house.

Property was fine and in good condition. The management company was intrusive and annoying. I never received the volume of email like that of Funtierland. It was excessive AND, ironically considering the name, took the fun out of staying there. Great spot, bad communication
We had our whole family plan this trip to Disney and we wanted to have a private pool and be walking distance from the park. There were 6 adults and 3 children. We were not able to check in early at all and when we arrived to there was a few things left undone, a dirty shirt under the couch, broken glass window, broken screen door, shower didn’t get hot among many. Prior to our arrival we had to sign a lot of forms and they were very strict on noise/amount of people etc. which is understandable given this is in a residential neighborhood. We were disappointed with how much was expected of us and how little was given. We asked multiple times if there were two pack and plays and or cribs as the online listing said and we were told no. We had to fly with them and when we arrived found that they did have them? The place was fine and we enjoyed our trip, pool was fun.
Seemed to be a gap in the communication with rental tenants and a lot of work to book this place.

One thing I must address is the fact that previous renters commented quite a bit about the noisy and uncomfortable beds. I guess I figured there was so much chatter about them that the problem would have been addressed. Unfortunately it was not.
In my 68 years of life I have never slept in such cheap noisy beds. The mattresses weren’t great but the bed frames were so rickety that they would squeak loudly when you sat on the bed or even moved an inch.
I don’t think that I would want to stay there again because of that awful noise.

While the home was roomy, it needed to be updated with a few more creature comforts. The cookware was so old & damaged that it was a health hazard to use. Dishes needed to be updated as well. This was perfect for a family of seven to stay while visiting Disneyland. Walkable but we drove because of the age of out children and the fact that we were going to totally wear them out every day.

First of all I will say that the customer service for this rental was awesome! They were helpful with anything I needed and when I contacted them to let them know we were missing the iron they had one brought to the house right away.
The accommodations leave a little to be desired if you’re hoping for comfy (or quiet) beds.
We stayed during the pandemic planning on Disney but had to change those plans, but were we able to go this vacation rental is in a prime location for Disney and Downtown Disney.

Great for a DisneyLand trip
Great proximity to Disneyland, less than a mile to walk or drive. Nice open house that accommodates a family and kids. The kids also loved the pool. Great communication with owners. We enjoyed our stay and family vacation!

The property itself was nice and not a bad walk to the park. We were disappointed that we couldn’t use the pool because the heater was broken however the property management company had wonderful communication each day on trying to get it fixed. The furniture is worn down and they need better Mattresses. They were extremely uncomfortable!

The house worked quite well for our needs. It was right at a mile from Disneyland and just over a mile from two large grocery stores. I guess our main issue was that the furniture as a whole was extremely uncomfortable (don’t plan on visiting around the table for long, those chairs hurt!) and the outdoor furniture was literally falling apart and unusable. We were thankful we had other places to hang out. The bunk beds were rickety so the kids pulled the upper mattresses down and slept with them on the floor. The mattresses themselves were cheap and not great, but by the time we fell into bed our exhausted bodies were ready to sleep. The coffee pot died while we were there and they were quick to bring a replacement.
