The seats in the apartment were not comfortable to sit on for any.ore than about 20 mins.

The room was huge and comfortable. It is right around the corner from Hotel de Ville tram stop/tower, but the room was very quiet. Kitchen, shower, toilet etc were all working well, and everything was fully supplied (plates and cups, dishwashing supplies, tea towels, soaps, toilet papers, hair dryer etc) and clean.

absolutely brilliant. perfectly positioned for local sightseeing. the accommodation is superb. extremely well decorated, clean, very comfortable. everything you need is supplied.

host was not nice to deal with, noise from neighboring accommodation unit, bed on raise platform (trip hazard), dark with poor lighting options, low pressure shower. sheets and towels were washed with cheap highly scented products. I got in touch with the host in the morning to see if we could have new sheets and towels, 3 messages were sent in total, an additional one letting them know that their hairdryer stopped working which we were told would be replaced straight away (it never was during our 3 day stay). They did not offer to remedy the sheets beside new ones which would have the same scent so this wouldn't solve the problem. So, we took everything to the laundromat across the road and told we would be refunded what we spent to wash off the heavy scent. When I sent the cost over, I also mentioned how many hours it took for us to do this which obviously impacted our plans and our holiday. I got a terribly rude response and told that I had annoyed them and taken their time by messaging them that we had a problem so they should charge us for their time (sorry but as a host this is your job to remedy such issues or questions). We let it slide and figured we would wear the cost, no big deal and not worth arguing over. However, the day after we left booking.com got in touch to say we had been accused of damaging the property. This was clearly false (we had photos to prove this given the hosts messages about the sheets we were wary, so we took some when we checked out and showed booking.com that we left the apartment the way we found it. Dishonest host would not ever recommend to anyone to stay here.

Very comfortable place with everything you could need (hair dryer, fridge kettle) in a really cool spot in Bordeaux close to everything. Highly recommend!

Was all fantastic if I'm honest, the check in is at 3 which can be an issue if getting into Bordeaux super early but besides that super good!

it was clean and spacious. it had all of the amenities and the communication from the owner was excellent. I would happily stay here again

.mMy only criticism and it is a small one is the the bed is raised on a plinth and the small step can cause you to fall over.

Can’t recommend enough, the location, cleanliness, facilities and communication from the host were amazing. We were only there for one night, but wished we had stayed longer.

Location was perfect - next to an old town, you can walk by foot. Plenty of restaurants around. Close to tram stop with direct connection to city center and Museum of Wine. Good contact with the host, in English (that's not always the case) - we even got a small guide on city tour. Apartment - small and cozy (a bit dark), but we got everything we needed. Great deal for such price

The forks in a kitchen were a bit broken and plates seemed to be dirty.

Location was perfect - so easy to walk everywhere in the old town and surrounding areas. Nice quiet building and a comfy bed. Well equipped little kitchen as well.

Location was great and the flat is nicely decorated. It was easy to check in and communicating with the host was easy and straight-forward. The kitchen had all the utensils needed and the shower was very good.

Bit short on the toilet paper and other basics like oil for cooking. It was a shame not to have a sofa or washing machine, as we were there for 5 days but that's our fault for not reading the info properly. I think the info could make it clearer, however, that the flat looks out onto an internal patio and not a street/lane, I found the photos a bit misleading there only. In any case it meant a quiet night's sleep which we appreciated as my partner came down with a cold the last day we were there. Overall I'd recommend the flat for a couple of nights though.

There was nothing to dislike, but the bed is on a raised plinth which looks cool, but remember this when you get up in the night. Also the toilet is off the kitchen with a windowed door, so you need.to be comfortable with each other!
