My family would have been “fish out of water” if it weren’t for the exceptional guidance and attention from our wonderful host, Isidro. We arrived on Christmas Eve, worried about vacationing during the holiday when restaurants and shops might be closed. Isidro went above and beyond to accommodate us and we had a tasty hot meal on the patio even though we arrived late in the evening. We can’t thank our host enough for putting food on the table and in the fridge and for the exceptional hospitality. The home itself is spacious, comfortable, and well situated near bus and train lines and a grocery store. My daughter even got an impromptu haircut at the corner salon and is very happy with the results. My family played ping pong, billiards and darts. We enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed just reading and relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped and the grocery store high quality so we enjoyed many meals “at home”. We had a wonderful stay and kudos to Isidro for providing a top notch experience! He even brought us a specialty local pastry to celebrate the New Year. This simply was outstanding and much appreciated. I am a VRBO host and thought I was pretty good but Isidro makes me see what excellent hospitality looks like. Thank you, sincerely!

It's hard to describe just how beautiful this villa is. So much space for family to spread out, teenagers can have their own space, lots of terraces and loungers to catch the sun on. Supermarket and bus stop just a short walk, frequent buses made nights out easy. We travelled hand luggage only for 5 days and the villa had everything we needed. Towels, well stocked kitchen, bbq etc. If you have a car, parking is ok but always the option of parking inside garage if needed. Transport links for exploring the island are good. Poor communication at our end with mobile issues meant we arrived early without warning but the friendly and generous host was there within 10 mins to let us in. Hope we can return one day.

We were on Mallorca for our sons wedding and so happy we decided to book this home. I can’t say enough positive things about this beautifully well kept home. The owner met us our at check in and showed us about. There is a lot of space, 3 levels, swimming pool with beautifully maintained yard and comfortable outdoor furniture. Pool table and work out equipment on the lower level, extremely well equipped kitchen (Isidro also had drinks in the fridge, fresh fruit and flowers upon our arrival). The beds were very comfortable with black out curtains in each bedroom. We were 9 minutes from the airport and literally a 3 minute walk to the grocery store. This has been the best VRBO we have stayed in and would be back in a heartbeat. The owner was very quick to respond to our questions and very helpful. 5+ stars ⭐️!!

The procedure and the communication with the host was always top notch. The place was even more then the pictures. We didn’t miss anything and every detail was thought off. And we got all the help we wanted from Isidro. And to my child’s birthday he fixed us a special cake to celebrate here with. I didn’t want to go home. If you are looking for a place to relax and to have fun. And if you enjoy everything taken care of for you. You should go to this place and meet the hosts and enjoy life.

Die Bilder auf der Website waren schon sehr vielversprechend, aber unsere Erwartungen wurden in allen Belangen übertroffen. Das Haus ist ein Traum, absolut empfehlenswert. Es fehlt an nichts. Isidro ist ein toller Gastgeber und immer zur Stelle wenn man ihn braucht. Selbst bei kühlen Temperaturen (Ende März/Anfang April 2022) war der Pool fortwährend auf 30 Grad beheizt. Palma ist gut erreichbar in 20 Minuten mit der Metro oder Bus., Supermarkt um die Ecke. Vielen Dank an Isidro, wir kommen gerne wieder.

La casa es preciosa, decorada con todo detalle y muy buen gusto. Es muy amplia y cómoda y está totalmente equipada. Tiene absolutamente de todo y la cocina es una pasada, no falta de nada! Pudimos disfrutar del zumo de la mañana, gracias al naranjo del jardín. La piscina climatizada fue genial. Daba gusto volver de ver la maravillosa isla y disfrutar de un baño por la noche, en pleno diciembre, con el agua caliente. Isidro, el propietario, es encantador y está pendiente de que no te falte de nada. Detallista al máximo. Nos lo puso todo muy fácil y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos.

We were looking for a spacious place with pool as close as possible to Palma, and chose this one as reviews were very good. Nearly too good... After our stay verdict is: they were not good enough :) What we liked: a lot of space on many different levels, inside and especially outside. So with quite some people staying, it never felt crowded/there was always a corner to hide. There's literally EVERYTHING you need - do check before you start buying things you'd think ahhh, there won't be this or that... The neighbourhood is very tipical, quiet, no frills, nothing special. But a big supermarket, and even better a very local fruits/vegs shop and a great butcher for the huge BBQ, all within 150meters. Train to Palma is not even 5 Minutes walk, a cab charged us just 8 EUR to the center, so we left our car at the reserved spot infront of the house ;) Thanks Isidro, we found no flare, unanimous thumbs-up! :D

Trotz Coronapandemie und den zugehörigen Auflagen entschlossen wir uns nach Mallorca in dieses tolle Haus zu reisen. Wir haben jede Stunde in vollen Zügen genossen. Ich kann mich allen vorherigen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. In der Küche fehlt an nichts. Hochwertiges Equipment bis hin zum Thermomix. Tischtennis, Dart, Billiard und Sky im TV ließen keine Langeweile trotz Ausgangssperre aufkommen. Der Pool war angenehm beheizt, sauber und ausreichend gross. Einen Gastgeber wie Isidro haben wir noch nicht erlebt und das, obwohl wir viel verreisen. Er war immer sofort zur Stelle, super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Mehr geht nicht. Er hat auf Nachfrage spontan Kaminholz für einen gemütlich-kuscheligen Märzabend organisiert, ein Video zur Benutzung des TV/Sky (wir kamen nicht im Menü zu Sky rein ;-) ) gedreht und dieses uns per Whatsapp geschickt und und... Vielen herzlichen Dank an einen so genialen Host. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Hoffentlich bald.

Es ist schwer die richtigen Worte für einen so exzellenten Gastgeber und eine so unglaublich schöne, aber auch sehr stilvolle und funktionale Villa zu finden. Wir sind unendlich dankbar für diesen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Unser Gastgeber Isidro suchte bereits vor der Ankunft unseren Kontakt, damit wir so entspannt wie möglich anreisen konnten. Wir wurden so herzlich und liebevoll empfangen, dass wir bereits nach wenigen Stunden wussten, dass uns der Abschied schwer fallen würde. Von frischen Blumen, einer prall gefüllten Obstschale, kühlen Getränken bis zu einer wirklich sehr sauberen Villa wurden unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen. Es fehlte uns nichts in dieser sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Villa! Wir reisten mit 7 Erwachsenen und einem Kind und es gab wahrlich genug Platz für jeden. Die Raumaufteilung ist sehr grosszügig. Die eingestellten Bilder werden in der Realität noch übertroffen. Es gibt drei Terrassen und einen wirklich großen Pool! Die Aussenanlage ist liebevoll gepflegt und man kann sich hier wirklich entspannen. Die größte Überraschung ist Isidro mit einem typisch mallorquinischen Kuchen gelungen. Ensaimada!!! Isidro ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der immer erreichbar war und mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Wir werden uns wiedersehen und das nächste Mal bleiben wir zwei Wochen.

Gracias Isidro por tu amabilidad, hemos pasado una navidad maravillosa, es una casa muy cómoda y muy entretenida para ir en familia con niños; Isidro super atento. muy bien y muy contentos.

We were an Irish family of 4 and grandparents who spent 6 nights here in late October 2019. The house is absolutely brilliant and even better than the photos show. There is loads of space and the games room and swimming pool are great for children and adults alike. We paid a small amount extra to get the pool heated to 30 degrees(!) and it was well worthwhile. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room very comfortable. Palma city centre is only 8 minutes away by train (runs every 20 minutes and the station is 5 mins walk away) or 10-15 mins by bus. In the neighborhood, we’d highly recommend Rovers bar and restaurant on Carrer del Bisbe Campins - 3-4 mins walk from the house - for a relaxed, authentic Spanish experience. We couldn’t fault this house and echo others in highly recommending it.

He was flexible allowing us to drop luggage early in the day and was there to meet us. The house has every facility imaginable and was stocked with toiletries and non-perishables, condiments etc. Isidro remained contactable on WhatsApp and dropped in mid-week with a Mallorcan cake gift. The pool was heated to 30 degrees, WiFi worked very well for our family with teenagers. And some impressive art throughout the house. Pool goggles, table-tennis, loved by the kids. Bus service into Palma was very frequent and we bought block tickets so each trip in was just €1 per person. The supermarket around the corner was well priced and very well stocked, the fresh fish counter displays worthy of some holiday photos! All other shops such as pharmacist also in our doorstep. The restaurant El Rincon de Cai was a 5 minute walk and recommended for food and service. Perfect holiday, we’d love to return one day to Isidro’s house

Our family has just returned from a stay in this villa and would highly recommend it. Everything you could possibly need has been thought about and Isidro and his partner were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely go there again.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Isidros Haus verbracht. Isidro ist sehr bemüht und hilft wo er nur kann. Die Villa ist sehr geräumig und in einem Top-Zustand. Zu erwähnen sind auch der große Pool und die verschiedenen Terrassen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Villa nur jedem empfehlen. Der Supermarkt ist nur eine Gehminute von der Villa entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We stayed at Isidro's property last week over the Easter break and I can only add to all the other wonderful comments on here already. We were two families of 4 and the house was perfect for us. The house itself was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed and the heated pool on a few overcast days was perfect! The supermarket was just round the corner and the nearest bus stop only minutes away bringing us into Palma in 15/20 minutes. Aside from the house, Isidro was very attentive and helpful and a big thanks for leaving some food for breakfast as our flight was in very late and the following day was a bank holiday and shops were closed. Also thanks to Javi who was there to welcome us at 2 in the morning. I would highly recommend this property and Isidro as host and would have no hesitation in returning.

Isidro is honestly the best, most kindest and genuine villa owner I have ever dealt with! His communication was excellent from enquiry. We were greeted with a warm welcome by Isidro's partner even though we arrived past midnight on Sunday. I agree the photos online do not do this property justice, it is very spacious and clean. It had the best equipped bathrooms and kitchen I have ever stayed in whilst away. A very good quality cot and high chair was provided and there was a baby gate, which was very useful as my little one was crawling everywhere! We were also able to park our huge van in the garage which was handy.Isidro offered to do a grocery shop for us prior to arrival, which was so kind and we were able to enjoy a lovely alfresco breakfast on the morning of arrival. We were lucky enough to have great weather for 4 out 5 days of our April stay, so made great use of cosy outside chilling spots, heated outdoor pool and bbq. On our last day the weather wasn't as great but we didn't get bored as we made use of the pool table, ping pong table and darts board! The supermarket which is literally a minutes walk away was extremely useful to pop to during the week as we did a lot of cooking.Isidro sent us very useful information on day of arrival, on transport facilities and places to visit, which was very much appreciated. During our stay, Isidro was in constant communication to see if we needed anything but without being invasive. Mid-week he surprised us with a traditional Mallorcan pastry, which was a lovely gesture and delicious!! Unfortunately one of our party accidentally broke a small giraffe sculpture on a shelf in the living room, to which Isidro replied with a smile, don't worry it happens! He is just so sweet!On our last day Isidro booked a taxi for us with a baby seat as we were travelling to another region for a wedding. Nothing was too much of a ask for him!Thank you SO much Isidro for letting us stay in your amazing home and for your incredible hospitality. It really did make our holiday!! :)

Absolutely amazing villa, so well equipped, everything you could think of. Isidro was so helpful throughout our stay. Outside area was lovely, we loved that the pool was heated! I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a combined city/relaxing break.

This villa is all what the previous reviews have mentioned. Isidro the owner supplies you with not just a clean, tidy and quality rental property but adds those little extras of supplies, toiletries, fluffly towels that you always wish the other owners would include in their costs. He is very easy to contact and replies immediately. One bonus of the property being very close to the city is you have your own parking, so those with a rental car need not worry.I rented the villa due to it's proximity to Son Bonnet airport and I would recommend it not just for tourists but for business people as well.Great job Isidro, you are setting a high standard for other to follow.
