Great place for a larger family gathering. Nice set up of bedrooms and kids bunk room. It was clean with plenty of dishes and spices for cooking. Bring a waffle maker or pancake griddle though if you plan on doing them as there was none. The living room furniture was a little odd/less comfortable if you are wanting to do a group movie, etc.Lots of nice hiking nearby in snow canyon and a running/bike path across the highway. The pool and hot tub were nice (pool a little cold but the kids still swam a lot!) and just down the street.

We had a wonderful stay with our extended family with plenty of room and great amenities! Some even used the pool & hot tub over the Thanksgiving weekend!
Kitchen was stocked with all the kitchenware we needed - which isn’t always the case in other places we’ve stayed. Plenty of towels as well which we were grateful for. They even supplied towels for the pool which was great.
Everyone loved it, I only wish we could have taken the time to use the fire pit.
Our only 2 negatives are the furniture in the family room wasn’t comfortable for movie watching and the bed frame at the foot of the bed in the downstairs master bedroom is a “shin splitter”. It protrudes farther than the mattress and with the sharp corners you needed to be ultra aware - especially in the dark.
Otherwise a perfect stay and would definitely be a repeat. Thank you for being great hosts!

Great location! Home was very clean and had all of the items as advertised and more. Pool, hot tub, and pickle ball court were awesome! Great place to stay if you are in the St. George area. We will be back!

We had a great experience, they had everything we needed for our four day stay. Loved the pickle ball courts! Kids had fun on the Nintendo and there were lots of options for TV (Disney plus, Netflix, Hulu etc.)

Fable House was a great stay! My family loved it. It was an excellent location to relax with the whole family, and it was close to many national parks that we wanted to day hike. Bonus the kitchen was perfect and had great space for all our meal prep.

This was the perfect place for our spring break getaway. It was spacious, had beds and bathrooms for everyone! Kitchen was well stocked, big grill for a cookout and the kids loved the pool!! We will definitely stay here on our next trip to St George!

We rented the Fable House for the month of March 2022. A very well appointed home and very comfortable. The upstairs deck is the perfect lounge for relaxing. Appreciated the proximity to Snow Canyon and great mountain views.

Fabulous Fable House
What a great house! Not only is the interior expertly designed but it has everything you would want or need for you stay. From baking sheets and aluminum foil, to food seasonings and wine glasses, and even bodywash, shampoo and conditioner. The fire pit on the balcony was a perfect place to lounge in the evenings and there are a ton of amenities walking distance from the house like a pool and pickle-ball courts. Definitely would recommend this house to everyone!

It was beautiful. Loved that everyone had their own bathrooms! Very comfortable. The decor is fabulous!
Only negative I could say was the master bedroom's bed wasn't very comfortable. Mattress too hard. But that's just my opinion.

Beautiful facility.
The first night I noticed a water leak coming from the master bathroom toilet. I called and left a message with the 2 maintenance gentleman and explained the issue. I was gone for most of the day and did not hear back from anyone so I was worried that the leak was not fixed. When I returned home the toilet was fixed, but it would have been nice to get a call back letting me know what was going on.
3 days later the refrigerator went completely out.
I called and got a person on the phone and they said
they would put another frig in the garage so that we could transfer our food as soon as possible.
We were gone most of the day and when we returned the frig was in the garage and ready for use.
I loved the place. I like that the location was out of the city in a more remote location.

We had a large group (16), but everyone had "their" place and it was nice to not be all crowded and on top of each other. The pool was a hit for everyone! We also enjoyed the pickle ball court, walks, and visiting other sites in St. George.
There were a few downfalls...1)the distance to places to eat. Under the current pandemic, we were not wanting to spend a lot of time in "public" places, so we opted to pick up and bring food back, but due to location everything was cold and not as tasty. Our next visit I won't be lazy and I'll be prepared to "cook" more. 2) The meals we did prepare, we discovered that there were not the pots, pans, bowls etc. needed to prepare the food, so we had to improvise. (ie: we made spaghetti, no stock pot to boil in, no strainer to drain etc.) but we made it work and it was our favorite meal! And... 3) it was missing some shade and grassy area - we had little humans that wanted to crawl around outside, but no-where to crawl, and of course the cement was far too hot. Granted, the downfalls were things that for the most part can't be prevented, I just need to be prepared for next trip. So hopefully this will help you to be prepared for your trip to. We will for sure be back to the Fable House! We LOVED it!

Perfect spot for a family gathering! Had everything we needed- fun pool (with baby area), pickleball courts, and close to yummy restaurants and grocery stores. We loved that we each had our own room AND bathroom. Huge win! Will definitely stay again!
