Great weekend

Good quality customer service with all the staff. Front desk, housekeeping, and even for the breakfast the lady was kind.

Clean Business Hotel with everything you need

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Ray was wonderful! My colleague became 40 one day of our stay and Ray prepared a cupcake with a candle, special breakfast and cookies - so lovely! Thank you very much!

I like this hotel but Booking.com ruined my customer experience. See below.

The Springsteen concert was cancelled and I didn’t stay there that night. Your representatives said they would cancel and credit me but never did. Brutal service. I’m not using Booking anymore. Bad business decision on your end.

Wonderful!

The room was spectacular - high ceilings and lots of space. Impeccably clean. Our best room of our entire 2-week trip.

Breakfast was excellent - only disappointment was the use of disposable plates, glasses and utensils... kinda sad and didn't do justice to the quality of the hotel.

EXCEPTIONAL! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Everything regarding our stay was phenomenal! The breakfast was exceptional, we couldn't of asked for anything more. The cleanliness and comfort of this hotel far exceeded any expectations, gorgeous accommodations! I will absolutely seek out this hotel for future stays. It truly felt like home away from home!

I honestly cannot think of anything needing approved upon other than maybe slightly bigger trash cans in kitchen area????? (not that much of an issue though).

nice big room. good A/C. lots of parking. good swimming pool and gym.

you have to request cleaning 24 hours before. that is annoying. breakfast was not good. room wasn't well outfit in the kitchen.

Perfect location, outdoor fire pits, complete kitchen with a full refrigerator, excellent staff ! Great breakfast offered every morning. Timeline should be 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM weekdays and 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM weekends. Currently it’s 6-9 AM weekdays, 7-10 AM weekends.

“”Price almost double Airbnb alternative !!”” Very limited restocking of paper towels, toilet paper, regular towels, and bed sheets. Considering the cost, I had to request all of those items too often!

We loved everything. The suite was immaculate, beds were comfortable,the staff was polite everything was great, this will be our go-to for all our trips to Hatboro.

The guests in the room above us. I don’t know how many kids were in the room but I would guess a dozen by the sound of the running and jumping. after driving for 8 hours we were looking forward to sone resin well all I can say is than god for earplugs.
