Property was extremely clean, renovated, well appointed and stocked. Communication was clear and simple, appliances were new and modern, comfortable beds, and very close to Cooperstown All Star Village. Had absolutely zero complaints about the property itself. Our biggest issue were the homes on either side and behind the house. Completely run down with trash left all over the neighbors porches, squirrel infested, with locals arguing and driving cars late at night doing questionable things. Didn’t feel real safe.

Stayed to have easy access to Susquehanna River, Cooperstown, Ommegang for concert. Reasonably priced. Clean and comfortable. Shower and shower curtain definitely could use a much better cleaning (mold and mildew) but that stuff in economical VRBO doesn't bother us but it may some others. Well stocked (linens, kitchen, e.t.c). Easy doorlock/ access. Can walk to downtown. Comfortable beds (very soft). We'd definitely stay again.

Stayed with 2 friends, visiting the area to play in an over 35 baseball tournament. The house was great. Very comfortable, quiet and convenient to downtown Oneonta and Cooperstown.

House was fantastic! Clean, comfortable furnishings and plenty of space for me, my husband & three grown kids. Was just a perfect getaway weekend!

Dave’s place was perfect for our family getaway for some golf and R&R in the country. It was hot so it was great to have the AC in every room. Easy check in. Everything looked new. Quiet neighborhood in town. Maybe the cleanest Vrbo rental I’ve stayed in.

This rental was all it claimed to be and then some. The house was very clean! All the basics needed were provided, laundry supplies, cleaning products, tissues, even sugar and s & p. The bbq was a great touch as well. Perfect location for ASV. Dave was so easy to work with. Check in was effortless. Would definitely rent again. Thanks Dave!

Five minute drive to All Star Village! Great house! Very clean, had all the extra items you usually have to bring or pick up yourself-- dish soap, sponge, dish towels, coffee, tea, box of tissues in each room, garbage bags, plenty of paper towels and toilet paper Close to everything in Oneonta

We were there for baseball tourney at All Star Village. The modern house for the area was great - internet and ac a plus. Super close to baseball fields so we could stop back there in between games. Highly recommend!

What a sweet property, close to All Star Village and downtown. The best choice if you are coming for baseball. We will be back the next 2 years and can hopefully stay here again!!!

Great location and only an 8 minute drive from Cooperstown All Star Park.

Clean, comfortable, newly renovated so modern and fresh enough to feel good coming home after a full day at All Star Village. Every living space/Bedroom has its own window AC. Comfortable beds and dresser/tv in each room. Also appreciated that the kitchen was stocked with most everything you would need, except for the groceries themselves to stay there comfortably for the week. Same with the bathroom. Washer dryer was front loading and also an essential plus. 10 minutes drove from All Star Village. 10 minutes from Walmart. And close enough to some restaurants that the location was ideal imo. Would totally recommend this VRBO

Great location for visiting Cooperstown Allstar Village. Property is clean and was just as described.

We came to Oneonta for a week of baseball at Cooperstown All Star Village. When searching for a home we wanted something close and let me tell you the location of this home is perfect. We were at CASV in 10 minutes each day. If you needed to take a break from Baseball it was close to go back for anything you needed. The house was immaculate upon check in. Rear parking made it easy for unloading. Kitchen was fully equipped. A/C and ceiling fan in each bedroom made for cool comfortable sleeping. Having washer and dryer in the house was a huge bonus. Dealing with the owner Dave was easy as can be. We would totally recommend this home and hope your experience is as good as ours.
