Absolutely loved this place. Great location and amazing view. Having a patio to sit and watch the ocean and then being able to just open the door and walk straight to the beach was great! Took my family on their first vacation and we couldn’t have been more happier with this place. Would highly recommend

The apartment was clean, the beds, towels, sheets and pillows were all good, the kitchen cabinets were old but it was well stocked. The furniture in the bedrooms was old but fine, the view was great

We had a great stay! The condo was clean and had great beach access.

This property is in a fantastic location. We really enjoyed being able to walk straight to the beach. The house had beach chairs which were great to have access to as well. The house is only a short drive from many bars and restaurants.

Have stayed at Melody Holland properties before and enjoyed my stay. Very comfortable there abd easy access to beach. Only drawback is the driveway. It's so tight that my son dented his truck. Other than that everything was excellent.

This property was booked for a family get together and did not disappoint. Everything was as stated in the description. I will say use caution in the walk-in shower as it can be very slippery. Pretty much everything was furnished, especially towels and water toys. The weather was extremely hot even for FL but we stayed in during the times that the sun was so harsh and enjoyed the beach late afternoon. Would stay again.

This was absolutely the most beautiful place. Super spacious inside and out. Incredibly clean with wonderful views and easy access to the beach. Our family lacked for nothing and enjoyed our vacation in a beautiful home away from home.

Comfortable, spacious, older but updated. Wonderful sunrise and beach views. Info about how to program bedroom TVs would help -office personnel said they would get back to us about them but never did. Would stay here again

Amazing view! Great communication. We came down to florida for my daughters graduation from JU and love having this place to stay. Walks out to the beach area, close to highways and grocery stores. Quiet neighborhood. Drive way is a little tight but can fit minivan (this is communicated prior to arrival). Great find for us! We had so much fun , so relaxing, fully stocked. Could easily fly there and have everything you need. Great communication with owners, parking is tight but doable. I only put shoes on twice in one week. 🤩

We rented this property for our kids (7, 4, 2) spring break. The view from the balcony is great. We had a really nice stay and communication was easy with the host. Our kids loved it.

Great location, great beach in front. Property more tired (sticky kitchen cabinets, broken stove vent, stained carpets) than appears in pictures, but you're paying for the location - can't beat the view and the short walk over the dune to the beach. Loved our stay. Owner/manager helpful and easy to work with. Quiet and smelled fresh. Chairs, boogie boards, towels all provided. Only wished we'd brought a beach umbrella.

Very roomy space. Difficult to pull into driveway and somewhat difficult to find, but property manager prepares you for it. Great view of the beach. Behind a dune, but still easily accessible.

Older property in pretty decent shape. Could use a little maintenance and some deep cleaning. Great location and suited our family well. Entry to parking lot is EXTREMELY TIGHT.

We took our family to Jacksonville to see the Jags play and stayed at the beach in this fabulous place. It is right on the beach, the views can't be beat from the living, dining, kitchen area. There were plenty of bedrooms and space to spread out, the balcony is fabulous, and it is close to all the beach restaurants and shopping. Our four-year-old grandson played on the beach for two days and it was January. We will definitely be back!!

Had a great time in a wide open area with the kitchen dining and living space An individual rooms to retreat to all on one floor.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beach house. Amazing view from the balcony. We actually spent most of our time out on the deck.

The property was very well equipped. All the kitchen utensils and common condiments were readily available. Beautiful views, and the inside was very spacious.

We so enjoyed this fantastic property for a long weekend. Great views, lots within walking distance and easy to get around Jax. A wonderful streamlined process from beginning to end. Would return in a hearbeat!

I was very impressed with the property. We had a group of 8 which included four young adults (20's) and two 11-year-olds. Additionally, we hosted dinner for 2 guests. It was very spacious and there was plenty of room for everyone. We never felt crowded, and everyone had a nice big space to retreat to. I was pleasantly surprised with all of the accommodations and found little things to make the stay even more comfortable around every corner. If you need it, it is probably there. The bedding and couches are so comfortable, the kitchen is stocked, the hot water heater never quit, (8 showers and laundry to test it daily). The view is amazing and cannot be beat. The deck is where we spent almost all of our time when we were at the property. It is private enough although it's close to other buildings. The parking is tight, but we didn't have any problems with two SUV's. Not to mention it location is perfect and close to everything. As newbies to the beach life, we had the opportunity to experience anything we could have wanted with shops, restaurants, and rentals for all beach things around every corner. We had a full week of fun. A day at the Pier, a day in St Augustine at the Alligator farm and shopping (definite must for a trip), a day at the beach renting surfboards and provided boogie boards, and a day on a pontoon at the nearby St. Johns River for fishing. I just can say enough about this property. We chose it instead of a hotel so the whole family could be together, and we are so glad we did. 10/10 would recommend to others. And we would definitely reserve this place again.

Rented for a wedding near by. Open floor plan which was great for entertaining. Porch is excellent. Sunrises were spectacular.

Lovely long weekend. Enjoyed sunrises and morning walks, afternoons floating in the warm water and watching late afternoon storms roll in for a perfect lightening light show from our favorite feature, the covered porch! Great house, has absolutely everything we needed, wonderful!

We LOVE staying here. Just steps from the beach, great neighborhood and amazing home. We can't wait to come back.

The entrance is very narrow. My timing of using the property was not good. Every day there were power saws & hammering going on just feet way to the right of the outdoor patio, pressure washing of the building to the left, behind the construction of the building going on at the street entrance, with ladders blocking the driveway, preventing us from leaving. All this not to mention the singing and yelling from the workers. The beach was beautiful, but the handle to the water spickit for us to rinse off with was broken. The handle to the large heavy door to get out to the patio was broken, making it very difficult to open. The shower in the back bedroom was horrible. The shower handle has to be decades old, and didn’t work right. Getting hot water took a while, which was fine, but the water kept getting excessively too hot. Turning the handle was very hard, so changing the temp down, a little made the water temp immediately cold. There was feces on the rug in the master bath, so we had to wash it. The rug in the back bedroom also needs to be cleaned. The kitchen, dining area, and living area was great. The ad says there are beach chairs available. That is true, however, the salt air has taken a toll on them so they’re very rusty, and a couple of them broke when sat in. The icing on the cake because of the rediculous us narrow driveway, the permanent resident in the building hit my car
