The location is fantastic. The staff is very supportive for early checkins. Room was clean, housekeeping is top notch. Room isnt very large, but the bed is comfortable. The AC temp and heating both worked well, since the weather kept changing in the 3 days we were there. The rooftop bar is not associated with the hotel, but was great for dinner and drinks. The Thai place next to the hotel 'Dagg' served the best food.

Great location, very quiet and comfortable.
Lobby seems small and not as fancy as some of the other hotels, but the quiet and cozy rooms make up for it.

Location
No window, few towels, housekeeping took our towels and didn’t leave any, requested from phone to front desk, still no towels 5 or more hours later, had to go to front desk and not leave till they finally brought two for me to take back to the room

The location is absolutely perfect. Walking distance to 5th Avenue, Grand Central, Times Square, and the Empire State Building.
I didn’t like the service of the staff. The hotel offers room service from their bar but the room server did not want to bring the drinks, he advised for me to go get them myself. The customer service all around just lacks here. Also the bathroom was infested with small gnats very bad. The rooftop bar was closed due to a private event so we weren’t able to experience that.
