View from room and shower

No glasses, cups or coffee making in room. Have yo walk to main building. Breakfast over priced. Only one bed side table, chairs outside only one had cushion. Dogs running about no fencing to keep them away from villa. One urinated by room and smelt terrible. Place needs some love ropes sagging and lots weeds ...disappointing Was under impression had resteraunt but was just takeaway service from local place served in takeaway boxes and not that warm if known that would have eaten before came. Road has several lumps which could catch you out rip jole in bottom car Blanket on bed faded in random way .. not the luxury feel and peaceful with dogs about barking

The view was amazing & it was extremely peaceful. The host, Nick, was great & did everything he could to help.

- Not being able to lock the door from the inside & therefore keep people out at night is incredibly unsafe & a basic expectation of a hotel room. - ⁠Breakfast should really be included (even if a light option then an option to pay more for extra. Especially considering the remote location) - ⁠Every room should have basic equipment (especially as no breakfast) so kettle, mugs, iron etc. We got these from Nick but they were not provided as standard. Basic things not thought about but would improve the property (and at a very low cost!) - Curtains that go all the way across the window - ⁠More hooks in bathroom for towels / swimming costumes etc to dry - ⁠Soap dish - ⁠Full length mirror in bedroom - ⁠Signs from carpark to reception

• Beautiful location and spectacular view • Excellent base for Egremni and Porto Katsiki • Vasiliki is close for restaurants • Nick was Very kind and helpful • Peaceful and beautiful surroundings

• Difficult access road: very steep, uneven and rocky • Room needs maintenance: old infiltration marks, humidity and slight musty smell • Partly defective shower mixer • Missing lampshade on one wall light • Very uncomfortable pillows and poor sleeping comfort • Property feels dated and quite basic • No TV, which can be inconvenient on rainy days • Breakfast felt expensive for what was offered
