Familienfreundliches Haus in bester Lage am Strand von Santa Rosa mit einfachem Zugang zum öffentlichen Strand - entspannen Sie sich und genießen Sie die weißen Sandstrände von 30A. Offenes geräumiges Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und Küche mit viel Platz für Familienfeiern. 3/4-Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder mit Garten und Balkon im zweiten Stock des Wohnbereichs und Hauptschlafzimmer. Unser Strandhaus ist neu eingerichtet, einschließlich Gartenmöbeln, neuen Fernsehern und Dekor. Der Zugang zum öffentlichen Strand ist Gulfview Heights direkt gegenüber dem Eingang unserer Nachbarschaft. Wir sind nur wenige Gehminuten von mehreren Restaurants und Geschäften entfernt, darunter Local Catch, Gulf Place, Goatfeathers, Highland House usw. Dies ist der perfekte Ort für Familienurlaub! Der Strand ist weniger als zwei Minuten. weg vom Gebrauch des Golfwagens, der mit dem Haus kommt (18 oder älteres und Fahrer-Lizenz). Fahrradverleih und Eisdiele direkt gegenüber. Wir lieben diesen Bereich!

The owner was great to work with and the property is very nice. The golf cart made getting to beach and the local restaurants very easy.

We had the BEST time and enjoyed every second of our stay here! The house was perfect for our two families, the layout was awesome, the house was clean and spacious. It was great to have the golf cart, umbrella and beach chairs. The location was perfect. Rich was incredible to work with and his communication throughout the entire process was wonderful. We will DEFINITELY be back.

We had an amazing visit to this area of 30A. Our family has been coming to this area for many years and watched it grow. After staying the past 5 years at the opposite end of 30A in Rosemary and Seacrest Beaches, it was refreshing not to be faced with crowds and a sea of people at the beach, restaurants and shops.
The amenities of the house were perfect for our family of 5, including 2 teenagers. We had everything we needed and felt completely at home here. We enjoyed using the golf cart to go to and from the beach everyday and we were thankful to have use of the houses beach towels, chairs and umbrella. It made packing so much easier.
While we were here, we rented a kayak from Buddies Ice Cream and our kids experienced a once in a lifetime dolphin adventure while paddling around the second sandbar. We also enjoyed easy access to Draper Lake to explore the dune lake (one of our favorite things about 30A), trail access to hike through Point Washington Forest, art classes and shopping at the Artists @ Gulf Place, live music nightly at the Growler Garage, and some awesome meals at Shunk Gulley, The Perfect Pig and The Local Catch --- all within walking distance of the house.
Would highly recommend to anyone seeking a family friendly beach area along 30A.

Location was wonderful! Loved the fact that the golf cart was included. Made things much easier. Neighborhood was very quiet and beach access was perfect. Shops and restaurants close enough but not too close. Have been to the area several times over the years and would definitely stay in this house again!!
