Brought my family to OOB for the first time and this place was a half mile to the beach, park, along with all attractions. It was great to walk everywhere. Nice yard for my little kids to run around when we were not at the beach.

We enjoyed the house and location in OOB. It worked well for us as we like to walk a lot and could walk to the beach and many shops, bars and restaurants. For those that couldn’t walk as much, it is an easy drive and lots of paid parking and some free if you can find it. We also enjoyed the grill and sitting outside in the sunshine.

Had a great week here with my wife and two small children. The walk to the beach and pier are both moderate, we did it with wagons and at time a baby carrier and was still manageable. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and is very well decorated and configured. Kitchen is nice and well stocked, living room has lots of sitting areas for the family, and bedrooms are nice, although the mattresses for the twin beds are not very comfortable. The shed with items for the beach is great and the yard, deck, and grill were great! We thought the house could be just a bit cleaner (but was good overall), and we wished it had some more items to save on packing (towels, sheets, etc,) but overall we had a great time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

My family traveled to Maine for vacation this year for the first time. The home was exactly as described. It was very clean and cozy. It was an easy walk to the pier and beach which we did daily. The little fresh fish market a couple blocks away was fantastic and we made lobster omelets in the well stocked kitchen Our sons made new friends with the neighbor boys and played in the yard when we were not at the beach. Off street parking was ideal and there were enough beach chairs for everyone. We definitely recommend this property! Thank you for making our first trip to Maine wonderful!
