Das kürzlich renovierte Familienferienhaus besteht aus 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern mit einem überdachten Außenbereich für Mahlzeiten im Freien. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in der Nähe des Flusses Myall, bietet viel Platz für das Boot und ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom örtlichen Golfplatz entfernt. Das Haus ist nur 10 Gehminuten von Geschäften, Stränden und dem Fluss Myall entfernt. Diese Unterkunft verfügt über ein geräumiges, sonnendurchflutetes Wohnzimmer mit angeschlossenem hinteren Balkon und viel Platz für Familien. Unten ein großes Schlaf- / Wohnzimmer für die Kinder, zusätzliche Dusche in der Wäscherei. Die obere Ebene Deck ist der perfekte Ort, um die Meeresbrise zu fangen und einen Morgenkaffee zu genießen. Schlaf 9 oben (2 Königinnen und ein Duo - Koje) und unten (1 Satz einzelne Kojen), HAUSTIERFREUNDLICH (nur draußen) Völlig sicherer Hof für Kinder und geliebte Haustiere.

It was a lovely place to stay nice and quiet. A very well equipped place to stay. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The kids loved the room down stairs their own space.

The house was clean but the outside needs a lot of work the least of which was the lawn (weeds) to be mowed

This stay was not an entirely negative one, however we were unfortunately disappointed.
PROS: The location of the house was good as it was only a short drive to all shops and beaches. The backyard was a great size for our three dogs to play, and had a very lovely alfresco with seating and BBQ for the warm nights. The kitchen was well equipped and there were lots of beds to choose from.
CONS: When we arrived, the lawn in the backyard was overgrown and had random dog poo’s scattered throughout. The cleanliness of the house was disappointing, as we found old popcorn shoved in between the lounge cushions, dust on all surfaces and behind the furniture, and random pieces of rubbish shoved behind the furniture. The toaster was filthy and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, and the knives were all blunt. The pillows on the beds were very uncomfortable, and the duvet’s provided looked like they had never been washed. Lastly, we suspect there were bed bugs in the beds as everyone became extremely itchy on the first day we arrived and are still itchy three days post leaving.

Apart from the very dirty outside BBQ area and us having to clean this before using it, the property was good. Bathrooms could have been cleaned more too.
Close to the Hawks Nest shops and a 10min walk to the beach and lake.
Great area to take your dog as there are lots of dog beaches.

We are a large family and stayed for 7 nights. Lovely property and well set out. Would definitely recommend. Short stroll to the water. All we needed to bring was linen and groceries.
