Just spent a weekend here for a bachelorette! Home was clean, had everything we needed and the host was great. Perfect location.

Everything was exactly as listed and beautiful. Really clean. Lots of household items available (kitchen, bathroom, pool toys, even a closet of baby items). One thing to note is the stairs leading to 3 of the 5 bedrooms are steep and curved. Won’t be an issue for most but if you have mobility issues keep it in mind. Colene was a great host! Super communicative before and during the trip. 100% would book this house again

Pool was warm even with a recent cold front. We had a wonderful stay. Really nice neighborhood and very close to downtown Delray. Very comfortable stay.

Although the location of this property is great, there are things that could be improved. The downstairs area was tidy and updated, however upstairs had multiple areas that could use a refresh and better cleaning. For instance, there were multiple large stains on the carpet in all upstairs bedrooms, areas in the upstairs bathrooms that could’ve been cleaned much better, multiple thick dust pilings on items upstairs, and rusted door handles, fixtures, etc. Other than that, if you were staying downstairs the whole time, it is a fine accommodation.
