Wonderful stay as always! The staff was kind and courteous as always!

Occasionally our room would get a septic smell when someone else flushes the toilet in an adjacent room.

The rooms are probably the best i have experienced, and i travel a lot on Business. Limited but adequate breakfast, excellent and polite staff and Management

Location, not much around okay if you take Grab

The breakfast which was included in my reservation was ok, a typical hotel buffet but nothing special plus, they charge extra for espresso drinks. The rooms on the other hand were very nice and comfortable. The self service washers and dryers were a nice bonus for anyone traveling for an extended time and worked very well. The rooftop restaurant and lounge was great and the pool was great. One thing that was quite odd though was a rather haunting sound that persisted during my entire stay, I didn't investigate it but it was very unusual.

Good breakfast - although I got food poisoning. But it could have happened anywhere. Gym was good if you like treadmill and dumbbells. Smith machine was very stiff….. Late checkout was useful (free) Free laundry / but you do need to pay for soap Pool was nice!

Breakfast room was small and service was very slow / over 10mins for an omlette Location - way too far out from everything Staff not very smiley except one lady at breakfast. Didn’t know about the airport bus and kept trying to upsell us a taxi
