Excellent house in fantastic walkable Sag Harbor location! Host made all of our check-in/checkout so easy… Great communication/communicator. House is nicely and comfortably appointed with easy flow for a family sized group. I could see where it would also work well for just two people. Shower in master bath is truly terrific! Very comfortable beds/bedding. Highly recommend.

We use to live in the Hamptons, and wanted to show our kids where we started. Always loved Sag Harbor, so we stayed there.

House is in great location on a quiet street within walking distance of the town center. Large well equipped kitchen and good size master bedroom and bath. House was extremely clean and well maintained, and owner provided all necessary instructions and contact info. Very easy check-in and check-out procedures. Would definitely stay again!

We (group of 5) stayed at this property for two nights in mid January - this home exceeded all of our expectations! Ronald is an incredible host and has proactively considered every need his guests may have and has set up his home respectively. The home itself is spacious, beautiful and is within walking distance to main street (~ 3 min drive). The host's attention to detail and care for his guests is incredible - I would recommend this property over any rental property I've ever stayed at.

Ronald’s house is so amazing! Spent the weekend with close friends in beautiful Sag Harbor. Everyone was raving about how beautiful, clean and spacious the house was, and a just a quick 10-15 min walk to town! We spent a beautiful day at Wolffer estate vineyard which is about a 5-10 minute drive from the house as well. Ronald was so accommodating, provided us with all the information we needed about the house, and always answered promptly. We are already looking to rebook for next year! Thanks again Ronald!

My family stayed at Ronald's Sag Harbor home in mid-August after deciding to visit the Hamptons for our last summer getaway. It had been 9 years since we last visited the area and were not familiar at all with Sag Harbor, so we decided to concentrate our 5 day stay in that area. This home was beyond what we expected for our family of five. With 3 daughters ages 8, 11 and 17, it was exactly what we needed. The bedrooms were all roomy, comfortable and nicely furnished, especially the master suite with its beautiful master bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of the necessities for cooking and cleaning. We used both the island and the dining room for our meals, and enjoyed baking chocolate chip cookies every night. The living room was our family movie night location with the large TV (we brought our Firestick). The sunroom provided a nice spot for our girls to nap or do their summer reading without any distractions. The house is supplied generously with bath, hand, kitchen, and beach towels, toiletries, paper towels, and cleaning products, an ironing board and iron, and hampers! The beach chairs were perfect for our two outings to Foster Memorial Beach and Southampton's Cooper's Beach. The village area for shopping (including Schiavoni's Market for groceries) and dining is less than a 10 min drive from the house too. We appreciated Ronald's great communication and kindness throughout our stay, and we would not hesitate to return to this beautiful Sag Harbor home for another visit.

We really enjoyed Ronald’s home. It was immaculately clean, the rooms were spacious, the living room was comfortable. We had a great time and really enjoyed the house. Everything you needed in the kitchen was there and the appliances were in great working condition. Close to Sag village. Can walk in 20mins or drive in 5mins to town. Always love the area restaurants. Ronald was easy to work with and communicate. Jut an overall great experience. We would definitely come back.

Stayed here for a long weekend in September with my husband, 2 year old son and 3 month old daughter. The house itself is so great! Very clean, spacious, light filled and has everything you need. Living in NYC, we really loved having the backyard and patio with dining table. We spent majority of our time here! The house is walking distance to Main Street Sag Harbor which has a ton of cute boutiques, coffee shops and restaurants. You are also walking distance to Sag Harbor Elementary which has a great playground. Very close driving distance to the children's museum, Wolffer Winery, and the beach! We had such a wonderful weekend here and plan on visiting again!!

We rented this house for a family vacation with our young daughter and our nanny. The house was perfect for us, from the large kitchen to the comfortable living room, to the huge master bedroom with balcony, spacious bathroom, and very comfortable bed. The house was also immaculately clean and ideal for entertaining. We took advantage of the Weber grill and the beach chairs that were waiting for us in the garage. Ronald was wonderful to deal with. He contacted us in advance of our stay with all of the information we would need, and he was always available throughout our visit for any questions. We hope to be back soon!

The home was perfect for our group of 6. Meticulously clean, fantastic layout and very comfortable. Gathering areas were great for dining & late night movies. Upper level has ample room & privacy for anyone who wanted to sleep in. The house is extremely quiet (well built), despite being centrally located and close to town! Great A/C, awesome grill. Will definitely be back !

I visited this property with my wife and 4 young kids for 4 nights. It was perfect for us. The house was clean upon arrival and is very well maintained. It had everything we needed for a great vacation. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was great even though we didn't put it to much use given the house was so close to the village. The living room was very spacious and comfortable with a very modern TV which we rarely had on. The kids played for extended periods in the beautiful backyard which was equipped with a grill. It was minutes from a playground for the kids adjacent to Sag Harbor Elementary. We walked to the village everyday to enjoy browsing, shopping and dining. The owner, Ronald made himself available by phone in case any issues arose and there was also a local caretaker made available too. Everything was perfect and there was no need for either. Out of the mouths of babes, my two older girls commented that it would be great if we could lift up Ronald's house and replace our house with it. We will definitely return.

For a weekend stay the house met our needs perfectly. It was nicely appointed and clean. Lots of light. Nice backyard too.

My group of 5 had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property recently for a wedding at the Bridgehampton Beach Club. The photos do not do the home justice. It was spacious with an open floor plan, large kitchen, and immaculately clean. We could immediately tell this home is well cared for in a quiet neighborhood. It came equipped with everything you'd need for a great stay. Location - We took the 10 minute walk into Sag Harbor Village one morning (.5 miles) which was beautiful. There are so many cute shops, coffee shops and restaurants in the Village. Home is also only a 10 minute drive from the Bridgehampton Train Station, Wolffer Estate Vineyard, and Bridgehampton Beach Club - these are a few places we visited. Host - Ronald was so great to work with and was so communicative leading up to our stay as well as available at all times during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. He even offered us a late check-out without having to ask which was wonderful. Nothing but great things to say about this property. I hope to stay here again when we return to the Hamptons.

Our five sister birthday get- away was a great success. The house was charming with an open floor plan. The kitchen was well appointed with dishes and stemware. The master suite was grand with a balcony and amazing bathroom with a vanity. Plenty of hot water and fluffy towels. We enjoyed our walks in to town and we were around the corner from the main road to East Hampton and on to Montauk. Our host was very gracious with a well stocked pantry and a welcome offer of a late check out. Thank you,Ronald

Very close to downtown Sag. Nice house and property. Clean and well maintained. Kitchen seemed recently reno'd. Owner is helpful and provided plenty of info to get the most out of the house. Would recommend to a family with a few kids or a small group of adults for a fun trip in the Hamptons.
