Very spacious and close to the town

When we arrived the bins were over-flowing and smelly. By the time we left the smell was awful. We had to take our rubbish/recycling to dispose of ourselves. Considering what we paid for the property we would expect to be able to sit in comfortable seating. We found the 2 settee’s very uncomfortable and did not accommodate us all sitting together unless sitting at the dining table.

I didn't check properly in advance but you should be aware there is only parking for 1 car in the small garage underneath the house. Parking in Dartmouth is a nightmare so it's always best to check. The picture looks like you have loads of space on the drive, but the area is communal with other garages on the right.

A nice house with a quick and easy walk to shops, pubs and the centre of Dartmouth. Ideal for up to six people, plenty of space and good wifi. Overall a comfortable and pleasant house in which to spend some time.

We didn't realise until after we'd paid our non-refundable fee that the parking was limited to one vehicle. The pictures of the property show a large drive and several garages but the larger one is unavailable for use, there is a request not to park on the drive. The single garage is fine for a normal car but if you have a huge SUV, you may struggle. Multiple couples will generally involve more than one car so this may present a problem for some. We parked a car in the garage and one immediately behind it on the drive, so although not 'adhering to the rules', we had no issues.

A great location and perfectly organised accommodation. I like to cook and everything I needed equipment-wise was available.

Lovely property, nicely furnished and comfortable. Central location in Dartmouth with harbour close by plus Marks and Spencer and restaurants round the corner. Lovely terrace with some views of Kingswere. Bedrooms were lovely with wonderful views and beds were very comfortable. Ideal downstairs bedroom en-suite for my dad who is 86.

Parking is tricky especially for a Ranger pick up which just went in the garage but stuck out a bit. Handrail from the road was unsafe and a few dodgy steps up to the property. Shower upstairs was very tight, especially for a larger person and there is room for a larger cubicle. Would have been nice to have had a few essentials such as handsoap, cleaning cloths, more towels and tea towels. When we stayed in the Peaks we were given a welcome pack with milk, butter, local jam and bread etc which was a nice touch. Even more so as it’s a costly stay.

It's right in the Town but a quiet part. The house is very spacious but cosy and clean. There is everything you need. The booking agency responded to our every needs. Dartmouth is a beautiful place

The driveway is so steep that I damaged the car front bumper trying to get in and out. If you have a car that is low please be very careful.
