Déjeuner très ordinaire

Cette réservation dans cet établissement a été un véritable désastre. Le soir de notre arrivée TOUS les accès pour aller à cet hôtel étaient fermés. Il a été IMPOSSIBLE de joindre quelqu’un à la réception, le numéro envoie vers une boîte vocale. Il était tard et tous les hôtels de Montréal étaient complets, nous avons du dormir dans la VOITURE! Et finement aujourd’hui je viens de voir qu’ils m’ont débité sur ma CB le montant pour les 3 chambres en plus du préjudice que nous avons subis. N’y allez pas, la communication est catastrophique…

The breakfast was ok. The young lady who served us was excellent.

The place seemed tired and not clean. It wasn’t dirty. It just didn’t feel clean.

The room was comfortable and the staff were nice to us

Breakfast was great but felt restricted. I was denied an item I asked for. Inside was weigh better than the abandoned look of the front. The doors to the rooms and the hallways look great. The room was not bad, just look old although roomy! No ice on site, not sure if it is a Canada thing!

The biew eas horrible and construction/traffic stound the site made it difficult to reach. The hotel could benefit from a fresh coat of paint

Courteous employees and good water pressure.

Overpriced and insufficient hotel amenities. Extremely high security deposit cad $250 per room, that’s $500 a night for two rooms. The surrounding and the building itself were not maintained properly. The room was old, but cleaned enough to sleep for 1 night. Breakfast was ok. You can choose 1 out of 5 options. The employee tried to cook and clean by himself. He’s doing his best, but the prepared breakfast potatoes were overcooked and not eatable.

Some touch-up repairs would help.

Typical general hotel breakfast, BUT you always could some extras added. All the staff was super nice and always helpful! 100 points! There are no other buildings around. Just a large parc with great opportunities for walking, biking etc. Lots of deer, foxes, birds and other animals around. Really lovely and relaxing!

It could be at times a bit noisy, maybe trough running airconditioning in other rooms (but that's an assumption). The mattresses were comfy, but at least one of our the bed frames needs maintenance. We saw the dome in a different room. Nonetheless we were sleeping very well. With a little investment in new or maintained bed frames I would upgrade the rooms from very good to top. The bathroom is great; very spacious.
