This place was the perfect place to get away and relax for the weekend.

My sister, brother in law & I stayed at the property and relaxed. Gary fished. We swam in the pool. Condo had everything we needed. Cute, immaculate condo. Will be back. Great host. Thanks Richard.

Wanted to celebrate my sons 6th Birthday with a lake front view, fishing, and swimming on Lake Conroe. This house was perfect. Had all of the amenities we needed. Pool and lake with great fishing was right out the back door. We had a great time and would highly recommend! FYI. Dont pack your own coffee!!! lol They provide plenty!

Lacked info regarding the dirty towels and linens. Texted host and never heard back. Everything else was great!

Very nice location. Great morning coffee on the back porch. Very relaxing with the water and animals to hear and watch. Comfortable accommodations.

We love the location and will return next year.

Great proximity to the lake, beautiful scenery, Fishing close, directly out the back door. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. Well equipped condo. Many options for dining and shopping near. Comfortable beds. Nice layout with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Living room furniture would be adequate for shorter stay or just 2 people but chairs were uncomfortable.

The property was perfect for our stay. Unfortunately, the weather had us cut our stay short. The property had all the comforts of home - a few condiments in the fridge and plenty of other things to make it an easy experience.

Don’t you love it when a rental looks in person exactly as it does online! This condo was wonderful: an amazing view, great location, and very comfortable.

4 adults stayed for 2 nights in this condo. The place was clean and the check in process was really easy. The only thing to note is that this is a condo on the bottom floor. While you avoid stairs, you will hear the upstairs neighbors stepping around until about midnight. This place is very clean and had all items that we needed to enjoy our stay, from coffee filters to pans. The quality of the items in this rental are not the best, like the cheap pillows, worn out towels, and broken in sofas, but for a short stay this place was nice. The patio was unusable during our stay in October. There was standing water on the patio and many mosquitos, but the view of the water was nice. For the price, you could not beat this rental on the water in Conroe.

Great condo on the lake

I don’t normally write reviews, but this one had some pretty big things going on I wish I would have known about. I’ll start with the positives- the owner was very easy to contact and quick to respond. The place was clean enough, although the bedspread hadn’t been washed and had a noticeable stain on it and there were feathers on the floor- not sure about that one. The kitchen has been updated with beautiful granite and stainless steel appliances. Now- there is obviously structural damage and the floor is not level. Kind of like walking around after drinking, but you haven’t been. No big thing really, but the back door doesn’t lock! They have provided a pole to put in the slider I suppose to solve this situation. The pictures of the property aren’t accurate, and the back porch/lake view are not like it’s shown. It’s a VERY old property, which is ok, but sitting on the porch admiring the view isn’t a thing AT ALL. The furniture inside is sort of thrown together old and new with scratches, old lumpy pillows, and old shampoo & things that are obviously being used in the shower. Honestly I felt like I was visiting my grandma. No tv unless you sign in to your own apps. I would have left the review alone had I been told about the back door. I slept 2 nights without a locked door.

This was my first time using VRBO, and I was not disappointed. Everything was as promised, and the property was in an exceptional location. The cleanliness and condition of the property during our stay made it that much more comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

I love staying in your condo, its very close to the venue and so convenient. Very clean. I did find that the plug in the master bedroom closest to the closet doesn't seem to work. But overall a wonderful place to stay.

My sister, brother-in-law, and I rented this condo to attend a nearby wedding. The split layout was great for privacy, and the lake view was wonderful! It was quiet, even for 4th of July weekend. The condo's decor was updated and cute. We enjoyed lounging in the clean pool and sitting in the swing, enjoying the lake views. Richard, the owner/host, was hospitable and provided generous supplies. Beds were comfortable, and the linens were nice. We ordered the best pizza from a nearby pizzeria called Marinis--excellent! Thank you, Richard, for a great weekend getaway!
