The toilet should be clean..coz there's cockroach and and the toilet it's really uncomfortable...it's not clean...

No breakfast. 25 mins to the airport not 10.

first apartment was disgraceful , damp on walls , paint peeling , dirty not cleaned , broken glass left on the floor a whole list given to the administration office

as above until they changed the apartment , but then you couldn’t open the balcony door because you were hit with the stench from the rubbish tip below came with breakfast , always cold rice , boiled egg and either Filipino ham, hotdog or fish

Breakfast was fine.

We got three rooms. One room’s shower didn’t work.

There is a Mercury drug store a 7 Eleven and 24h store next to residence.

They didn't do a follow up clean out meaning no one stayed their for a while so it had a heavy dust order to the point of me wearing my mask all night long. The location is heavily congested and its hard to get a grab. Upon check out the office wasn't opened at 8am and who ever was living in the office was rude to me.

We were put on one apartment that we were surprised, as we thought it was a hotel room. The bed was dirty, it hasn't been changed with marks, hair on bed; floor was full of hair; toilet/shower had cockroach; then we were moved to another apartment - bed sheet was torn, no cover on our duvet, toilet wasn't clean. We were tol exhausted to be messed around after 21 hours flight the other day so we decided to just call it a night. It was disgustingly dirty and unacceptable. I took photos. No one should be allowed to operate like this. I paid to have breakfast included but breakfast was disgusting too.
