The location is great. I wouldn’t have preferred to stay anywhere else than where I was. I could go out onto the balcony and see the Arc and Eiffel Tower and it was a perfect view at all times of the day. There’s also a balcony in the bathroom which allowed for great airflow in the room to cool everything from 14:00-21:00 as there was no AC. Appliances all did the job and the shower has good water flow.
A bit small if you have company however as a solo person it’s fine. A lot of things were broken in the room such as a loose couch arm, broken fan base, holes in the wall from the balcony door hitting it, dust/dirt around the room upon arrival. But they’re easy to look past when you can virtually ride the train or walk wherever you’d like.

Despite the modest size, this apartment had everything needed for a truly comfortable stay. The location was unbeatable right in the heart of Paris, close to everything. The view was honestly one of the best I’ve had in the city, and having morning coffee on the balcony overlooking Paris was unforgettable. A perfect base for exploring the city.
The management was also very polite, punctual, and replied very quickly to any messages.
No air conditioning, but this is pretty standard for Paris apartments.

Well, the location was good, close to metro stations.
The balcony view is also like on the booking.
The apartment was clean as well
There is no conditioner at all, plus the customer service
is very bad. They take the deposit of 300 euro extra,
and then find out different reason not to return them.
After stop replying to the messages

"Bequemes Schlafsofa, schönes Bad, schöne Küche mit ausreichender Ausstattung, sogar Waschmaschine. Aufzug bis zum 5. Stock, das Studio ist im 6. Die Staumöglichkeiten sind beschränkt aber ausreichend...."
