Great location, very friendly and helpful host. Lots of room, plenty of breakfast choices. Comfortable and relaxing environment.

Location is excellent. Lovely quiet area. The accommodation is huge….so much space. Really well equipped and the use of sachets for coffee, sugar etc means no claggy lumps of unknown origin in jars. Very generous with tea and coffee plus great to have bread, butter, marmalade and milk in the fridge on arrival.

No dedicated parking but you can’t have everything. There was road parking available for our stay.

great location and Lynne couldn’t have been nicer. lovely little touches that make you feel at home. we had a wonderful time.

Not enough seating for more than two people to watch TV.

The booking was for my Niece traveling with her young family for our wedding. Lynne couldn't have been more accommodating and welcoming Lynne went to great trouble to ensure my Niece and her family were comfortable and managing 2 very young children with jetlag (from Australia) The welcome pack took into consideration a particular requirement for my Niece and that was sp appreciated my her They loved the size space and proximity to the beach

Didn't like that they couldn't stay longer in this part of the UK

Exceptional host in a great location a few meters from the beach. Great for walks in the Cuckmere Valley.

Convenient and quiet location and a good amount of sleeping space for four adults. Everything provided for a nice breakfast including a lovely selection of cereals. Easy on-street parking. Living and dining space was more limited, but that was much less important to us. The apartment met our needs very well.

Perfect location and the perfect host too. A welcome pack full of all your essentials eg bread and milk was a lovely gesture. The host was extremely helpful and assisted with any requests as best she could. We will definitely be recommending to others and hope to return again in the future ☺️

A well equipped very comfortable apartment. A stones throw from the beach and walks along Seaford Head with wonderful views towards the Seven Sisters. Ideal for visiting Brighton & Eastbourne and quieter surrounding villages such as Alfriston. Thankyou Lyn. Hopefully we will be back before too long.

Beautiful apartment, so lovely. The girls loved thier bedroom. Everything was so perfect. very comfortable and very clean. I would love to come again. Thank you for the foods too !!
