The location was really good, specially for the price, and the hosts were really diligent and helpful.

Wifi was a little spotty and inconsistent from within the bedroom.

We highly enjoyed our stay at Martín’s apartment. The location is absolutely incredible and right in the heart of Miraflores, close to cafes, shops, pastry shops, parks, and Huaca Pucllana. It’s about a 30 min drive along the coast from Lima International Airport. Martín was extremely kind, polite, accommodating, and conscientious— he was quick to respond to all communication and he was extremely helpful and flexible with us, including checking us in early in the morning when our flight had been delayed. He and his mother live in the apartment right next door and they helpfully answered any questions we had. The private apartment is beautiful and has everything you could need — a washer/dryer combo with laundry detergent, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board — these things were very helpful to us as we had multiple fine-dining reservations during our stay. The apartment was impeccably clean and the beds were comfortable, and the shower has consistent hot water and good water pressure. We are grateful to Martín for opening this apartment to our group and we would not hesitate to return the next time we are in Lima!
