El hotel está muy bien, alberca climatizada. Es pet friendly, hasta amenidades tienen para los perritos, como su propia cama, platos y hasta una cobijita. Huele muy bien el hotel.

Lo que no me gustó fue que pedí que por favor me ayudara alguien a acomodar una sombrilla y tuve que ir dos veces a decirles, hasta que mejor fui yo a buscar a la persona de mantenimiento para que me ayudara. El estacionamiento está ASQUEROSO, se ve que nunca han bajado a lavar, y si, si necesita que se limpie. Había mucho polvo y podías ver muchas manchas de vomito o no se que, eso pues no estuvo padre y es parte de, deberían de tener más aseo ahí.

Habitaciones comidas, limpias , excelente restaurante. Buen servicio del personal, buena ubicación del hotel en la zona, mis hijos amaron la alberca. Factura inmediata.

Realmente todo estuvo muy bien, no nos disguto nada . Sin duda volveremos

Accomodations are beautiful

The staff at the front desk and restaurant were very nice.

The bathroom and vanity areas were not clean. One of the beds was not properly made, and the water in the shower was tepid.

I was happy with my stay.

Nicolas and his team made everything that i felt like home. it was my birthday during my visit and my girlfriend organized a dinner st ay lola for me. nicolas made it all happen. i was treated like a king all day long. apart of this, they welcomed me everyday by my name and were so friendly. i felt to be more a friend than a guest. the room, gym, facilities, everything was great. thank you very much for everything. i will come back, as a friend.

The breakfast offered was not as delicious as expected for the price, variety of options was poor and the fact that the menu was just some printed sheets of paper do not attract people.
