The house had something for everyone - pool for our granddaughter, beach at sunset for the adults, great accessibility to all the Hamptons has to offer, and the beautiful deck for family time every evening. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Nice house. Yard was beautiful and the location could not be beat, right across the street from the beach. We enjoyed the beautiful deck. My only complaints are: the lower level is freezing and hard to access, given the spiral staircase . There was construction next door that went all day (starting by 7:00am). I'm sure that was temporary, but very disruptive during our week. Rick was wonderful to deal with and very responsive

Overall, we enjoyed the outdoor space and location/neighborhood a little bit better than the actual house. The rooms were very small, with the exception of the master suite downstairs which was spacious with a nice large closet. Unfortunately it was freezing down there and I dreaded going downstairs. There’s only one AC control in the house and if you want to keep the upstairs cool the downstairs ends up freezing, even with the vents closed. But the house is very cute inside and out, well updated and nicely decorated. The pool and deck (with Weber grill) is lovely and we enjoyed having the bay beach nearby, just a 2-minute walk down the street. However, the house is definitely not “beachfront” and make sure you bring your own beach chairs because there aren’t any available to guests. Rick, our host, was easy to reach and very accommodating. Overall, a nice stay.

The house was exactly as advertised and is picture perfect! It's decorated so nicely, was extremely clean, and has everything you would need for a relaxing weekend away! The beds were comfortable, there's a ton of closet space to hang up clothes, and the pool is gorgeous. It rained one of the days we were there but because the house has large windows that look out to the beautiful backyard, as well as a covered deck area, it really didn't matter much! We had a great time. The house owner was also extremely responsive and helpful with any questions I had! I would definitely book this house again!!

The property is located in a discreet area but within easy reach (2miles) of East Hampton. There is a path to a wonderful beach. The hosts were great and provided a useful guide to the area. The house is just right - practical kitchen, clean bathrooms (with bathtub!), cosy rooms. Spacious living room. I liked that the TV room is located downstairs. By the way, the entertainment system is more than sufficient in case bad weather requires time indoors. Their garden is well kept and the outdoors area is such a chill place.

This is a beautiful home, and the best rental home I’ve ever stayed in! The home is clean and beautifully designed, and the pool and porch are incredibly relaxing. The beach is a short walk away - the views are incredible. Rick was a really helpful and responsive host as well! My wife and our friends had an amazing week here, and would love to stay again!

I can’t say enough about how beautiful this home and location was for my family and I to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary! Rick and Luis were amazing hosts! Rick was very responsive, kind and provided us with great recommendations throughout our stay. Rick and Luis’ home was impeccable when we arrived and felt very welcoming. We spent many days between the stunning in-ground pool and the private beach, just a short walk away. Each sunset was more perfect than the next! I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone for any occasion. We have found our new vacation spot and look forward to making many memories at Rick and Luis’ home in the future!

We had a wonderful time here. The location is away from the hustle and bustle of the Hamptons. Very quiet and private. Close walk to the bay beach which is rocky but absolutely Pete t for long strolls. The pool was lovely and Rick was kind enough to adjust the heating and make it perfect.
