A warm and comfortable room - I slept very well. All queries well handled. Location excellent.
As before the soap dispensers remain a thing of mystery. Plus the one i had was broken. This was reported.

Clean hotel, near the beaches.
Far from the city center. Was hot and no air conditioner. When opening the windows its too noisy. The room was too close to the street, so with the window open, it would be easy for someone to sneak in.

We liked everything. Room was super clean and nice, staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good location.

It's close to 2 metro stations, which go straight to the airport. Also not too far from the airport, as well as the city centre. The area seems to be a residential area so it's quiet and peaceful. Multiple cafes and grocery stores nearby. The facility itself is comfortable and modern. Room space is adequate. Staff have been friendly.
I feel like my pillow was a bit thin. Otherwise nothing major.

The reception area is comfortable enough if you wish to have simple meals by the sofa or the lounge chairs outside.
Few minor issues:
Amenities like the moveable table in the room was broken, room floor was dusty, the sink in the bathroom was clogged, and the toilet seat cover was loose.

The room is small but sufficient. Bathroom is suitable for the room. Room was very clean. Beds are excellent for a good night's rest. Reception on the fourth floor. Staff was very friendly

Check in was not very straightforward. You need a room card to go up to reception for check in.

The location is totally perfect. Near to subway station. Near to shop. In comparism to danish prices is also not so expensive. The beds are comfourtable and in each room is also bathroom.
The room is really small, but for the price and location fine. There is no kettle and tea in the room.

honestly it is a bit too expensive for this very small tiny room, excluded breakfast, even the hotel does not locate close to the centre. Everything is extra charge for even leaving luggage after check-out.

Good location. Neighbourhood is good and the metro connection as well.
- A receptionist was disrespectful.
- Beds and pillows are horrible.
- Room is super small for two people.
- No wardrobe, only one small table and one chair.
- It is very uncomfortable to have dinner in your room.
- Sitting area is nice but you cannot have dinner there unless you but it from the bar.
- No gluten free options and no vegan options.
- No many options for breakfast and it is expensive. Go to the café next door.

Good value for the money. Near airport and city center. I forgot a wire connection to my phone and the personnel texted me and were willing to ship it. Nice service!
The room was a bit too small. With full-size suitcases, it is difficult to find room to open them comfortably.

Location, cleanliness, staff and luggage storage cabinets
There could have been more hangers or atleast shelves for clothes. The sheets on the bed were small. They came out within 1 night of sleep.

Realy nice hotel, comfortable and cosy. Room very small. Service taken our towels and no give fresh, but I think it was small mistake :)
Lokalization very good, beacuse is close to beatiful beach and coast.
Problem with steam in bathroom without mechanical wentylation.
