The house and all the surroundings facilities are amazing and in super conditions! We were a family from age 10 months to 75 including teenagers, everyone enjoyed the stay! The staff has extra ordinary good service and was very helpful and flexible. If you stay in this villa we would definitely recommend to rent a car, you will need it for groceries, going to the city center, beach etc. Vila Pasafai gets the best recommendations from us!

We visited Knossos Estates as a large family group in June. The villa was stunning with incredible views and had excellent facilities to keep the whole family entertained. Lina (the property manager) was incredibly attentive, nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend making use of the private chef which involves an amazing selection of home cooked Cretan dishes. We would recommend hiring a car for travelling around the island; there is a coffee shop and restaurant in walking distance, but you will need a car if you want to travel further afield. Overall we loved our stay and would recommend to any family/friends group. Thank you to Lina and team for making our stay very special.

We’ve had such a great time! And the communication was perfect! A few night we’ve had dinner at the Villa. Lina cooked delicious Greek food for us! Also the breakfast at the stay was delicious! we really had a wonderful time with the family!

I am Chris we have 3 Children 6 Grandchildren and I decided it would be a good idea to take them all on a holiday together, I gave them a budget and they found this wonderful villa, there were 15 of us in total. The accommodation was fantastic, the staff were wonderful and the manager Lina could not have been more attentive, she made us feel at home immediately, nothing was to much trouble, on the last day she cooked us a wonderful evening meal. There was plenty for the kids to do, swings ,slide, roundabout and a huge swimming pool with an area for the youngest to play in. Would we go again and the answer is a BIG YES from everyone.

Stayed at the villa for a week with 13 people. There was plenty of space for everybody, breakfast was made and brought to us every morning and delicious. Lina the property manager was amazing, she helped with everything we needed. I got married at the villa and Lina and her group decorated the pool area beautifully and served a delicious sit down dinner for that evening, it really took a lot of stress away from me to have it done by them. I couldn’t have asked for a better villa or property manager!

My wife, myself, and our families (14 total) stayed at this lovely home for 5 nights. Lina (property manager) was very accommodating and a good communicator. She made sure all of our needs were taken care of and made us all a delicious home cooked meal on our last night for a very reasonable sum. The property itself is very spacious with a great location convenient to Rethymno & the main east/west highway. The view of the ocean & city is fantastic from the property, and the pictures do not quite do justice to how great the scenery is.

Wir (13 Personen) waren für 1 Woche in der Villa Pasifai. Die Lage ist super, da man mit dem Auto nur knapp 10 Minuten ins Zentrum nach Rethymno benötigt aber trotzdem so weit abgelegen, dass es sehr ruhig ist. Die Villa ist sehr schön und großzügig. Im Haus gibt es sogar einen Wasserspender. Das Leitungswasser wird gefiltert und man bekommt kostenlos heißes und kaltes Trinkwasser. Der einzige Kritikpunkt sind die Klimaanlagen der Zimmer. Diese funktionieren per Kontaktschalter nur dann wenn man selbst im Zimmer ist und den Schalter umlegt. Das Frühstück wird jeden morgen um 09.00 Uhr gebracht und war ausreichend und täglich wechselnd. Es gab Kaffee, verschiedenes Obst, Brot, Wurst, Käse, Honig, Marmelade, Butter und manchmal Pancakes oder eine Art Apfelstrudel. Der Außenbereich mit dem riesigen Pool ist fantastisch. Es stehen genügend Liegen zur Verfügung. Auch Schatten findet man problemlos dank der Sonnenschirme und großen Palmen. Für Kinder gibt es einen eigenen Spielplatz. Auch die Grillstelle haben wir gerne genutzt. Diese wurde nach Gebrauch gereinigt. Lina, die Hausmanagerin, ist unglaublich nett. Da unser Flug verschoben wurde und wir erst Samstag auf Sonntag Nacht gelandet sind, hat sie für uns ein paar Getränke gekauft und uns Nachts um 03.30 Uhr willkommen geheißen. Sie erkundigt sich täglich nach dem Wohlergehen der Gäste und vermittelt einem auf Wunsch Taxis oder auch Bootsausflüge. Sie und ihr Mann bieten einem für ca. 30,00 € pro Person auch ein richtig kretisches Abendessen an welches wir jedem nur empfehlen können. Ihr Moussaka, das selbst gemachte Taramas oder auch die gefüllten Weinblätter (Dolmadakia) waren köstlich. Definitiv würden wir diese Unterkunft wieder buchen!

Die villa war der Hammer. Waren mit 14 Personen dort. Die Lage war perfekt mit Meerblick und man hatte seine Ruhe. Jeden Morgen wurde das Frühstück gebracht. Lina fragte uns jeden Tag ob bei uns alles in Ordnung ist oder ob wir noch etwas brauchen. Die villa wurde nach 3 Tagen einmal komplett geputzt und es gab frische Handtücher. Jeden Morgen wurde der pool kontrolliert und drum herum etwas aufgeräumt. Die villa ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen 👍🏾

We stayed at the villa as a group of 13 friends and had a very good time. There was plenty of space for all of us in the house. The outside area is huge with an amazing view, a big pool as well as plenty of chairs/tables. We really loved the bbq and table tennis. Breakfast was great and a little different every day. The staff always brings it around 9am but are careful not to wake you in case you want to sleep longer. Lina, the property manager, checked in on us every day, making sure that we had everything we needed. She was always happy to help when we needed taxis, wanted to book a boat tour etc. It was a great stay and we would definitely recommend!

We were three families meeting in Crete and stayed together at the home. We all fit and had a wonderful time. It was suitable for all ages and the pool was big (but to cold when we were there in April). Lina the property manager was very attentive and cooked us some amazing meals! Overall it was a great place for us all to stay and spend time together.

Everything was present in the villa. There were many bedrooms but also many bathrooms. Plenty of towels and beach towels etc. Every day contact with hostess Lina for whom nothing was too much and you could call her at any time of the day. Every request was filled immediately, great. Breakfast service was superb and Lina also catered dinners upon request. Great recommendation for families with young children.

The house and yard/pool/BBQ were very nice. Super clean everywhere around us. A full-on breakfast arrived daily, and Lina, the property manager was amazing and so kind. She even arranged for a suit to be dry cleaned for a wedding within 12 hrs! I recommend this house and the staff. Thank you to all!

As a group of 15 we enjoyed the villa with amazing garden, pool and view verry much for a week. With different cozy places in the garden you have a lot of space and its very clean and carefully taken care of. The breakfast included was fresh and delicious, as was the dinner Lina (and friend/husband) made for us for 25 euros per person. If you‘re vegan or vegetarian they make something extra for you, very kind!

What an incredible holiday…amazing views and excellent facilities. The welcoming and friendly staff go out of their way to help to you with any request you may have (especially useful when needing PCR tests for covid).The breakfasts were great and Lina organised and prepared a fantastic traditional meal for us one evening (we’d highly recommend taking advantage of this additional offer). Outside spaces are great and really well maintained. There were 13 of us in our group and there was more than enough room to accommodate everyone. Overall, a great villa, amazing service, brilliant location - would absolutely come again!

The pool was big. Plenty of chairs and tables for everyone. Breakfast was great. They changed it up a bit each day and if we needed something different they made sure we got it. Lina was checking in every day to make sure we had everything. We felt like we had our own concierge. She was helping us with food orders, Taxi, covid tests, trying to get us a boat etc. So many questions we had and she was always happy to help. We had a health scare with our daughter where she needed to see a doctor and ended up in the hospital for a few hours. Lina kept checking up on us every half hour or so. We ended up back at the villa at 2 am. She calmed my nerves since being in a hospital in a different country did make me very nervous. She even checked up on her, after we left the Villa, to make sure the antibiotics they gave her, worked. Can’t say enough good things about it. I am sure you’ll love it!

We went as a large family group for our marriage and had a very very good time the local area has all and everything you would need the property is very clean and modern well looked after by the staff, no problems to big anything needed doing all sorted straight away( one member needed to see a doctor all taken care off for us ) the staff where very helpfull at all times especially with the provided breakfast every day everyone enjoyed the continental cuisine, well presented and ample to eat. we will be going again next year for an extended family holiday
