Having stayed at numerous vacation rentals, there is always the apprehension when trying somewhere new. You can rest assured that this property lives up to the description and the other excellent past reviews. The property is very well equipped with everything you could need, the pool area is excellent, property well furnished, the neighbourhood is friendly and quiet - a real home away from home. I want to also give kudos to the property management company, Fort Lauderdale Stays and David - their communication is excellent, and they provided lots of helpful information and were on hand if required. Will certainly be using them again for a future vacation.

Great experience at Serenity Place. This property is in perfect condition both inside and outside. Excellent location, peaceful neighborhood yet close to restaurants, supermarkets, I-95 and beaches. The kitchen is fully loaded with appliances and dishware. Internet worked flawless and Sonos Soeaker system adds a plus. Pool and patio deserves a special recognition. Finally, instructions and app were so detailed that we never required to contact our host. We will definitely will return!

We just returned to snowy NY from an awesome one week stay at Serenity Place in Fort Lauderdale. We did not want to leave! The house exceeded our expectations. It was immaculate. The neighborhood was safe and the neighbors were all very friendly. The backyard and pool area were nicely landscaped and had plenty of seating for lounging and dining. Definitely would book a a stay here again!

The few rules are easy to honor and the location is private with pleasing landscapes outside every window. I had one question about the remotes, and it was handled quickly and patiently. Otherwise, completely easy and uneventful which was exactly what we wanted.

My wife and I have stayed in many VRBO rental properties in the Ft. Lauderdale / Miami area during the past several years, and Serenity Place was our favorite so far. The house is very modern and in excellent condition. All furnishings and finishes are quite high end and clearly well maintained. The backyard is entirely private, and we appreciated the various different seating areas and loungers around the pool. We also enjoyed the very comfortable coach in the main living area, great beds and the very functional and beautiful kitchen that was very well stocked with a wide variety of dishes and glassware. Small touches like a dedicated freestanding ice maker and attractive backyard lighting also really helped to make this property a wonderful spot for a small group getaway. The neighborhood was very quiet and great for morning and evening strolls. Finally, we appreciated the app used by the property management company to have all information at our fingertips before and during our stay, including a means of quickly communicating with the property manager with questions or issues (although we had none during our stay).

We had a wonderful time at the Serenity Place. Everything was perfect! After many months of "shelter in place" in NYC stuck in an apartment, we all needed a break, and Serenity Place was truly a blessing. We spent so much time in the amazing pool that our little one even learned how to swim on her own! The house was spotless, with the necessary appliances, and the grill worked perfectly. It felt like home (but with more space and better weather!). We will definitely come back.

Serenity Place is a beautiful home. We stayed for 2 months, and would loved to have stayed even longer. The neighborhood is a quiet, peaceful area. We took walks every morning and every night - very safe and secure. There is so much nearby - we even walked to the local Publix every morning for the newspaper. The house itself is immaculate and has every modern convenience as if you were in your own home. The kitchen is supplied with everything needed to cook and entertain; there are games to play and movies to watch. The beds are all comfortable; and bathrooms are spotless. The backyard is an oasis, and we felt like we never wanted to leave. During a crazy time in this world, we truly felt serenity at this home. We were sad to leave, but look forward to returning.

This is the third year in a row we've vacationed in Fort Lauderdale and this was easily the best property we've stayed at so far.

We are a family of 5, who have had 17 nights in this lovely house. It is a totally clean, spacious and well equipped house, which is located close to everything we have needed. It is lovely decorated in a modern, warm and elegant way. It even smells so good here (with the Air-wick plugged in). We have spent a lot of time in the house, and have enjoyed every moment. The pool-area is also fantastic and has been used a lot! Last but not least; Steve and David has been so helpful with everything, so we have been in very good hands both before arrival, and also if we have had questions during the stay. We would love to come back one day, and can truly recommend it to anyone who appreciates high standard and quality at a great location.

We have had 5 wonderful days at Serenity Place. The house has everything you need and the heated pool and patio area meant we spent most of our time outside. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe us just over 2 miles from the beach and about 1.5 miles from the shops. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I loved this house. It’s in a nice and quiet neighborhood on a large corner lot. It was very neat and clean. It had just about any amenity that you could think of. The showers were spacious and had good water pressure. The back yard was our favorite part of the house. It was fenced in with a large heated pool. The landscape was tasteful and there was plenty of seating to accommodate the six of us. It was so peaceful and relaxing that we barely left the house. The house had a security system so whenever the windows or doors were opened, it alarmed us. That was a nice feature since we have four younger kids and were worried about them going to the pool without us. David and Steve were professional and were quick to respond. Thank you for a great vacation!
